OFA and all might's sacrifice?

A sudden question, would OFA in Izuku's possession get stronger if all might dies?
Like, we know that the past users currently in the OFA void, but also is All Might's vestige. It was stated by someone, that users of OFA appear to be in their prime in the OFA void, or, to better say it, when they contributed to it the most? Idk, and I also can't confirm it.
But how OFA can be completed, if it doesn't have the 8th user, but only his shadow? Just a random thought.
In the current manga, it was shown that AFO gets stronger with each year he gets younger, but the drawback of this effect is the fact, that he can't properly control his (or, in this case, Tomura's?) emotions and all might decided to use it against him, reforming his car into something (fandom says that it's a costume similar to what iron man has, though it's not confirmed yet, maybe it's a weapon, maybe really costume. But fandom already paid their respects to all might, seeing how strong AFO got).
If all might really dies in the next chapters, wouldn't that mean, that OFA will get completed? That it will finally get it's final piece? (Though I still don't know what the 2nd user meant, that Izuku should keep fighting, because he is close to singularity, even though it's dangerous to keep using his quirk).
It's nothing much, just a thought.
