That's... Uh, could be really considered as a bad twist? I guess. Also, about the possibility of Izuku getting Himiko's quirk in this scenario: As we have seen with Izuku, he could choose which quirk factor he could transfer with his will through blood. Or, the "Transference" did it's job, you could say. And Himiko, if she somehow got Izuku's blood from the second war or earlier, could (probably) transform into this version of Izuku (who would still have OFA, at that point of time). Though, as it was stated by OFA - it can't be stolen and copied, or if it's copied, somehow, the copy wouldn't have transference/stockpiled energy/quirk factors. So, a completely resetted OFA that would need to start up again. And could be Himiko's transformation be considered as a "copy" Or "stolen"? I don't think so. Anyway, if it REALLY works that way, she could think "I want Izuku to be just like me, and thanks to Ochako, I know that I can not only take blood, but also share it :)". And through this whole thing with " I want Izuku to be like me", the "Transference" could consider it as a "So, I should transfer TRANSFORMATION? Okay, even though it's not in the OFA core". Therefore, my reasoning, why it's less than likely to happen
