You were out hunting with the Winchesters. They had taught you everything you know and you weren't too bad.

You were hunting a pack of werewolves and one leaped right onto you and tried to bite you and claw at you. It was very successful. Blood was flying everywhere and you were helpless.

You were covered in many cuts and bruises with the biggest wound starting on your left wrist and ended just below your bicep.

Sam comes to your rescue as Dean finished off the last wolf. He puts his giant hand on the wound to try and stop the blood flow.

"(y/n) you're gonna be fine," he reassures and you scoff.

"Of course I am. I'm not loosing that easy," you brag and both brothers smile at you.

"Cas, we need you down here," Dean starts. "(y/n)'s hurt really badly and we need you to come heal her."

You doubt he would come since whenever you were in the same room together he never looked at you. He barley talked to you unless he had too and it was always with a cold and hard tone.

You hear wings flap and you thought it was just your brain wanting him to come fix you.

The boys look behind you and you turn as much as you can, since you were restricted by Sam, only to see part of a beige trench coat. He really did come.

He walked over to you and placed two fingers on your forehead. There was a tingling sensation and then all the pain went away. Sam let go of you and you stood up.

"Thanks Cas," you say.

"I was happy to help," he says in that deep husky voice.

What? He was happy to heal you and protect you when he always avoids you? Angels were weird.

"We should be heading back," Dean says and you follow him to the car.

It was a peaceful drive back and you got to calm yourself down after everything that happened.

You looked at Dean and Sam through the rear view mirror and you smiled to yourself. They were your boys and you loved them more than anyone and anything.

You got back to the bunker and fell right into bed. Screw consciousness.

There were noises coming from the library which kept you from falling asleep. You stood in the hallway listening to Cas yelling at Sam and Dean.

"You are so careless. She should not even be hunting. You are supposed to look after her and make sure this kind of stuff doesn't happen. What if I wasn't there to save her today? What would you have done then?"

Both boys were at a loss for words.

"Look Cas, we know it was risky but we always watch out for her. We would've taken her to a hospital or even patched her up here ourselves. We just thought we'd give you a shot first," Dean explains but Cas is still red with anger.

"Cas? Why do you care so much?" you ask walking into the room and they all turn took look at you.

His face goes from red to pink and you can't help but smile. An angel, blushing, for you.

Sam and Dean slowly start walking out of the room as walk closer to get a look at those blue eyes.

"Cas? Tell me," you ask nicely and sweetly.

"(y/n), you are a very special girl. I've always watched over you to make sure you're okay. I don't want anything bad to happen to you or to hurt you."

You are moved by his words and you smile at him.

"Cas I love you," you say and looking down not wanting to make eye contact.

"I love you too," he says lifting up your chin.

Your heart starts beating fast and your palms get sweaty.

You lean in and touch your lips to his. He kisses back with passion and love.

"Nothing bad is going to happen to me. I'm gonna stick around for a long time," you say softly after you pull apart.

"But I'm still gonna watch you and make sure you're okay," he reasons and you smile.

"Cas, can you stay with me tonight?" you ask.

"Of course," he says and pulls you in for another kiss.

You are caught off guard as he sweeps you off your feet and hold you bridal style. You swing your arms around his neck and lean in closer to him.

You pull back, staring at him and smiling. He smiles back as he walks you to your room. You kick open the door and he puts you down.

"You're strong mister angel," you smile and he kisses you one more time.

You walk away from him and into your walk-in closet to get changed.

When you open the door again, Cas is standing there smiling at you. You sit on your bed as you watch him untie his tie. The trench coat falls to the floor and the buttons on his shirt are undone. You lie down and he crawls into your bed beside you. He wraps his arms around you and you know nothing can hurt you.
