You Are My Peace

CHAPTER 8

AUTHOR'S POV --

Arya was in her room and she came to balcony and saw her baba was sitting in the lawn . She wore her jacket and took a shawl took two cups of tea, came in the lawn and give the shawl and a cup to baba and baba took it smilingly. Arya sat beside baba and they both were drinking their tea and baba suddenly said......

Baba - "thank you Arya."

Arya - "for?"

Baba - "for everything."

Arya - "baba....don't you know, I don't like when you thank me. I am your daughter don't thank me I am not a stranger to you."

Baba - "our family is really lucky to have you. you protected us in every way."

Arya - "baba why are we talking about all this."

Baba - "Arya I know you suffered a lot more than us..."

Arya - "baba please, I don't want to talk about it."

Baba - "ok as you wish but Arya I must say I am really proud of you."

Arya - "And I am proud that you are my dad."

Baba - "Am I?"

Arya - "baba why are you saying like this?"

Baba - "Arya whatever I do I can't be your real father."

Arya - "baba don't say that you are my father there's no real or fake in a relationship you supported me when nobody did, you were with me, you gave me a new family."

Baba - "but Arya..."

Arya - "baba don't.... don't say like that and promise me you'll not think about this anymore. And you know nobody should know about this nobody should know where I came from and who am I. It is our secret. okay"

Baba - "hmm...ok"

Arya - "now give me a smile... come on"

Baba smiled

Arya - "that's like my baba. ok now relax, go and sleep I am also going good night."

Baba - "good night."

Arya went away and Abhay said to himself "It will be our secret but I just hope that one day you will reveal it to the person whom you trust and I hope you will lead a happy life." with this baba went away in his room.

Arya came to her room and now she was thinking she said to herself "no no no nobody should know who am I and from where I belong to."

On the Other Hand -

AUTHOR'S POV --

Meera was coming towards the house, it was late and she was a bit nervous, suddenly some guys came in a jeep and stopped in front of Meera.

She was scared, the guys started coming towards her and Meera was going backwards to maintain the distance suddenly everybody covered her from all sides so that she couldn't escape and now she was damn scared she tried to run away and one of the guys grabbed her hand and slapped her.

She was fighting to save herself and she remembered that she has a knife which was given by Arya to her in case of any emergency she took out the knife from her bag's side pocket and attacked the guy who was holding her hand.

Because of this sudden action the guy was not prepared and he got a deep cut in his hand and his hold on Meera's hand got loose.

Meera took advantage of the situation and ran away from there but some guys were still behind her she hid behind a tree in the dark so that they wouldn't be able to see her and suddenly she felt a hand on her shoulder.
