After one month of pursuing me, I finally decided to say YES na to him. :">
So after ng last subject ko, I hurriedly drove to his school to surprise him. I wore something special today para naman pretty ako hahaha. I added an extra effort on applying make-up hahaha. Mga 6 pa naman ang last class nya so kahit ma-traffic ako, I would still be able to have enough time to prepare.
5:32 PM
I parked my car to th nearest spot where I can spot him easily. I decided to text him to make sure nasa school pa siya.
Me: Where r u? Nasa bahay ka na b?
He replied immediately.
Harvey: Nope. Still at school. Waiting for hell to end. Hahaha miss me? :)
Me: ahh nope :P hahaha just asking :)
Harvey: Why? Is there something u need?
Me: Hm..wala naman. Cge na. Makinig ka na sa prof mo.
Harvey: I cant. You keep on appearing on my mind. :)
*end of convo*
Once again I was swayed again by my emotion because of him. Hahahaha so before pa maubos ang oras ko..
I started preparing the cupcake and the balloons. Corny ba? Typical? Hopeless romantic? Hahaha Ok lang magmukhang tanga kung para naman sa kanya. Before ako bumaba ng car ko, I texted Angela to wish me luck hahaha.
Five minutes after six o'clock, inihanda ko na sarili ko. Grabe, now I know the feeling ng may parang nililigawan. I know maturtuwa naman siya kaso what I'm afraid of eh kung magugustuhan ba nya yung surprise ko at kung maappreciate niya ung effort ko. Finally, I already saw him walking past the enormous door accented with Greek columns on each side. The whole scenario is in slow motion as he blinked his eye and turned his face towards me. I knew that he saw me as he waved good bye to his friends. As he nearly approaches me, I can see the puzzled look on his face.
"Wow, what's this?" while scanning the balloons and looking at the box on my hand.
"Surprise??!" With a hesitant in my voice.
"It's not my birthday." He asked.
"I know. Would you mind opening the box?" As I handed him the box. "It's the answer to your question."
He held the box and opened it. I can't describe the look on his face as he stared at the cupcakes. With enthusiastic eyes, he looked at me.
"Does it mean? Tayo na?"
"Hmmm..try asking the cupcakes" I smiled pointing at the cupcakes.
"Ah wait...ah.." As he look for a place para ibaba yung box.
He put the box on the top of my car and he hugged me. He whispered I love you to my ears as I do the same.
Lahat ng kaba and worries ko kanina nawala. I feel so relieved not because I knew he liked the surprise but because.....
I did the bravest thing that I never thought I would...
To finally love someone and to be loved by him.
