3rd Person POV
Sally was walking down the beach at Montauk with Estelle and Paul. The sun was close to setting, shedding a yellow glow on the world. The brief thought that it was Apollo made her smile because the Greek world was a mess. But the Greek world gave her Percy. And Percy, Percy with his ADHD and dyslexia and demigodly luck that got him thrown out of school got him to Goode. So Percy and the freaky Greek world brought me, Paul, and Estelle.
Sally smiled at her husband and 1 ½-year-old child.
"What?" Asked Paul.
"Just happy." Replied Sally. Paul looked ready to reply when a voice interrupted.
"Sally Jackson?" The woman in question turned and came face to face with a woman. She was very pretty, with her dark golden brown hair flowing down her back and her bottle-green eyes looking like ocean-brushed glass.
"That would be me. Do I know you?" A curious look was plastered on Mrs. Jackson-Blofis' face. The woman before her smiled bitterly.
"You know my husband. The father of your son." Sally's eyes widened.
"Lady Amphitrite!" Sally gave a low curtsy. Paul did not understand who the woman was, but there was so much Sally saw and knew that he didn't, so he followed her example, bowing low. Estelle plopped down onto her knees and began playing in the wet sand, making her cute little sundress very sandy and wet.
Amphitrite waved the formalities away and the couple straightened themselves. Paul groaned when he looked at what Estelle was doing.
"Estelle. You're not wearing your play clothes." Estelle made some noises that sounded vaguely like "but I want to" but it may have been "I want food", seeing as they hadn't had dinner. A hint of a smile played across Amphitrite's lips.
"May I talk to you alone, Sally?" Asked the goddess. Sally nodded and Paul picked up his daughter, carrying the now crying child back to the cabin.
"How can I be of service, Lady Amphitrite?" Amphitrite smiled.
"Simply to talk. I wish to get to know you." Sally gave a polite smile back but feared that the immortal Naiad wanted her dead.
"Of course. What would you like to know?" Sally asked as the two sat down on the sandy ridge that then declined steeply towards the ocean.

Paul's POV
It has been three hours since I left for the cabin with Estelle, and Sally still isn't back. I was beginning to get quite worried.
"Werw Mama?" Asked Estelle from the floor, where she had been playing with her Winnie the Pooh stuffed bear and a stuffed cat named Mowgli.
"Still out on the beach, 'Stelle." There was an uncharacteristic pause from Estelle.
"Awr dere any shelws on da beesh? I wanna shelw... Pwease?" Paul nodded, deciding that a shell-hunting session would tire his young daughter out. And he hoped to find Sally in good health and not, for example, turned into a sea cucumber.
As he wandered back down the beach, Estelle in tow with her bucket of rocks and the occasional piece of seaweed, he spotted two sitting figures on the beach. He couldn't help but sigh with relief once he recognized his wife alive and well, talking animatedly to the other woman about something.
"Mommy!" Called Estelle happily, dropping her bucket as she took off across the sand. The contents of said bucket fell out and began spreading themselves out but Paul pushed them all back in and picked up the toy.
Smiling, he watched as his daughter tackled his wife in one of her adorable little hugs. The goddess's laughter rang across the beach.
"She is more loving than you described Sal." Sally smiled.
"Even though she looks and generally acts like an angel, she and Percy will go on blue cookie raids when he visits. You know, A, you should try baking. It's a wonderful stress reliever." Amphitrite, or A, nodded thoughtfully.
"I have been meaning to make use of the kitchen myself... I've always wanted to know how to bake, but it's not one of my strengths, and Demeter and I have been having this little disagreement..." Sally's face lit up.
"I could teach you! If you'd like of course. I could also just lend you some recipes if you'd prefer that." Amphitrite smiled excitedly. Paul had heard one of Percy's rants about the gods to Annabeth and knew that they were generally incapable of criticism... nor would they generally accept help. And from a mortal, no less! But it seemed this goddess was a lot more humble than the others. Or maybe she just really liked Sally.
"Mommy. I wan' go seep." Said Estelle sleepily on Sally's lap. And then she was out cold. The adults all chuckled.
"It's probably about time I put this little girl to bed. But it was nice meeting you, Amphitrite!" Said Sally with her gentle smile that always held a touch of weariness in it.
Amphitrite nodded.
"Just call me whenever you want to talk or have time to teach me some culinary skills." The goddess called as she wadded into the ocean and disappeared into the waves. Sally smiled at Paul.
They were happy.
