it was time for nat to leave and jane hugged her tightly, not letting her go.

" jane! you are suffocating me! " nat said, almost out of air. jane let nat go, nat brushed off and jane almost cried. she will missed nat deeply.

" i'll miss you. " jane said.

" i know and i'll miss you too! besides, i'll be gone for only a week. time will fly by! " nat said, trying to cheer jane up. it luckily did and the train arrived. nat waved back to jane and jane waved back to her, crying. nat sat in her seat and started out the window the entire time.

it took 1 hour to get to manchester and it took another 30 minutes to get to her childhood house. her mum still lives there.

" mum! sarah! i'm home! " nat called out for both. sarah was nat's younger sister, sarah is 17 while nat was around her early 20s.

" nat! you're home! " sarah came downstairs and greeted her sister with a big hug, nat hugged her back.

nat scanned around the house. " where's mum? " sarah pointed upstairs. " in her room, why? " sarah asked.

" just wondering. " nat shrugged. nat put her belongings upstairs in her old room and started to unpack. sarah knocked and walked in.

" mum says you have a man. " nat stopped and looked down.

" what's wrong? " sarah asked her sister, nat didn't reply. nat still remembered the phone call she had received from paul yesterday, she didn't want that to ruin her day.

" yeah, i do have a man. remember paul? "

" yeah. why? " sarah asked. it took her a while to realize why nat asked that. " oh. oh! little paul? how is he? oh, i remember when- "

nat cut her off. " he's fine. he's part of this band called the beatles. you must have heard them on the radio. "

" i probably have. you never know. " sarah said. she walked out of nat's room and nat continued to unpack. ah yes, all the memories that happened in this very room. nat thought as she looked around her old room.

nat heard footsteps coming in her direction and it was her mum. she walked slower now then the last time nat saw her.

" mum! how are you! i haven't talked to you since i told you about paul! " nat hugged her mum.

" i am alright, natty. getting older is the problem. " nat snickered, her mum was always the jokester in the family.

katy (aka nat and sarah's mum's name) grabbed nat's hands. " you enjoy your stay, natty. " nat nodded.

" i will, mum. " katy smiled and walked back up to her room, nat watched her then turned to face sarah.

" do you have a man yourself? " nat approached sarah, she start to blush.

" holy shit sarah! do you? " nat sat down next to her, interested where this conversation will lead to.

" maybe.. " sarah replied, scratching the back of her neck. nat's jaws dropped and they started to chuckle together.

" oh, please tell about him! please!! " nat said, sarah laughed and nodded.

" alright. he's 18. he has green eyes and shaggy black hair. he works in the city and.. that's all i have to say. " sarah explained. but this wasn't the truth.

sarah wasn't the person nat thought she was. sarah liked girls, but she couldn't tell her sister that so she lied. nat nodded then remembered something.

" holy shit! are you dating jack's brother? " nat raised an eyebrow, sarah nodded. jack was one of nat's childhood friends. they stopped talking after nat moved to liverpool with jane.
