nat's visit flew by quickly then they all thought.  it was already sunday and nat had to leave for liverpool again on monday. katy had been getting better, but nat always second-guessed to extend her visit but katy brushed off and told her to leave.

" nat, i am a grown woman. i can take care of myself and sarah! " katy said, putting her hands on her hips proudly.

nat chuckled. " oh. alright. i'll be leaving tomorrow but sarah can always call me if you are in trouble and i'll come running before you can finish a sentence. " katy chuckled as well.

" oh nat, i have seen you picked up my jokes, eh? "

" i suppose. "

both of them share a laugh and nat goes upstairs with sarah and they start to pack.

" i'll surely miss you, nat. " sarah says, getting nat's attention. nat put her items down.

" i'll miss you too, sarah. " nat replies. " you can always come to liverpool and stay with me and jane. you know that. " both of them laugh and continued.

" bye nat! " sarah called out and waved to her sister. nat waved back.

" have a nice trip, natty. " katy nodded. nat nodded as well.

" thanks, mum. " it was the last sentence spoken between them all and nat left them.

again, it took 1 hour to get to liverpool and actually an extra 15 minutes to get back to nat's apartment. she unlocked the door and notice the entire apartment was empty.

" jane? " nat called out. no respond. " jane! " again, no respond. nat started to get a little impatient. footsteps headed to her direction and jane looked up at nat, running up to her and hugging her tightly.

" oh nat! i missed you so, so, so much! " jane said, letting go of nat. " how was it back in manchester? "

" it was alright. sure, you haven't been born there but it was a great time. " nat smiled, jane smiled back.

" didn't paul come and visit you? " jane asked, picking up nat's stuff. nat blushed.

" well yes, he did. it was a bit shocking but i can't believe it took him an hour to get there. " nat said, nodding in disbelief.

" now, that's real love. "

nat didn't reply. should i tell jane that paul and i kinda had a make out session in the rain? i probably should, it's a funny story.

" hey jane, can i tell you a funny story? " nat asked her, jane nodded.

" yeah what's up? "

nat took a deep breath. " so, uhm... paul came up to my house and he apologized for a fight we had before i left- "

" wait, you guys had a fight? " jane interrupted nat's story.

" yeah but it was just a stupid fight. couples fight all the time, right? that means they are a good pair. "

" ah. " jane replied. " continue. "

nat started up again. " and we kind of made up and then we sort of have a make out session in the rain. it was interesting. "

jane's jaw dropped. " what? y'all made out? " nat chuckled. " yeah, why? "

" damn. i didn't predict that happening. " jane shook her head. " did y'all have... "

nat looked at her, her eyebrows narrowed. jane's eyebrows were up. nat realized and her eyes widened.

" what?? no, no, no. i believe in that stuff AFTER marriage. " nat said, dying that thought. jane did a little " oh. "

" wait, you thought we did? "

" no? "

" oh. "

a knock heard on the door. nat got up and opened it.

" oh! hi rings! " nat exclaimed. " how did you where i live. "

ringo looked up. " oh hi nat! and i asked paul because i wanted to give you this! " a small present was in ringo's hands. nat took it and opened it up, it was a necklace.

" oh rings, this is so cute. thank you. " they shared a hug. " but why did you give me it? "

" you are a good friend so i decided to give you a present. " ringo smiled. " i'll see you at band practice tomorrow! " ringo wave at her and walked away.
