"Are you alright, Osamu?" Fyodor asked.

After Dazai's trance like writing session, he became a little off. He didn't seem himself. No, that's not right...Dazai was himself. But it was a side that Fyodor had never seen before.

"Is your offer still on the table?" Dazai said, completely ignoring Fyodor's question.

"I'm sorry?"

"The offer you gave me when we first met. Is it still on the table?"

Fyodor's eyes widened in shock. He hadn't expected for Dazai to accept his offer after his initial denial.

"Yes, it is," Fyodor said. "Are you thinking of joining the Decay of Angels?"

"Yes," Dazai said. "But I want to do a trial run before I make my final decision."

Fyodor couldn't help but smile. His plan was working a little too well. In all honesty, Dazai joining the Decay of Angels was not crucial to his plan. It was just a mediator to get Dazai to see the truth: to see that they were meant for each other. Fyodor didn't need Dazai to join the Decay of Angels, especially now that Dazai lives with him. However, it was a sweet bonus and Fyodor wasn't going to refuse.

"Do you want to do that today?"

"That would be preferable."

"I'll see what I can do then," Fyodor smiled.

After breakfast, the two headed to the Decay of Angels recording studio. Fyodor had sent his two bandmates and manager a quick text earlier to make sure they were there. If things went well, he wanted to make quick work of getting Dazai signed.

"We're here," Fyodor announced.

Fyodor shut off his car, got out and went to the other side to open up the door for his beautiful lover.

"Thank you," Dazai mumbled.

Fyodor caught a glimpse of Dazai's chocolate eyes. They seemed so dark, so dead. And yet, they were filled with an unexplainable determination; something had awakened inside Dazai. Fyodor couldn't figure out what it was either, he just knew it looked beautiful.

"Looks like no ones here yet," Fyodor said as they walked into the dark studio. "You can take a seat on the couch."

Dazai said nothing, only nodding in response. His eyes traveled around the room. The Decay of Angel's recording studio was very unique, to say the least.

The room was painted in a grayish blue and there were three paintings on a single wall. The three paintings were medium-sized but what caught Dazai's eyes were the fact that the paintings were of angels. They resembled a lot like the members of the band. However, what was peculiar about the paintings was the placement. It was obvious that there was a fourth painting on the wall but it was nowhere to be seen. There was an empty space for the fourth painting near the center on the wall, right next to the painting that closely resembled Fyodor. Nikolai's painting was the last one on the right and Sigma's painting was the one last on the left.

"Do the paintings fascinate you?" Fyodor asked.

"Yeah...they do. They're beautiful," Dazai said in awe. "Who painted them?"

"I did."

"You did?" Dazai said, his eyes widened, and surprise evident in his voice. "I would have never taken you for a painter."

"What can I say? I'm a man of many talents," Fyodor laughed.

"You sure are," Dazai laughed along.

Dazai plopped himself on the couch. He had his black notebook with him. He thought that it might be a good idea to see if any songs he had created would fit the Decay of Angels aesthetic. If they didn't, then he wouldn't join them.
