Hey do you think you are weird ? Hahaha, why should you even think that! Ever wonder why lots of kids and most likely some adults fancy the cartoon SpongeBob ? Woah don't tell me you don't know!....Anyways I'll just save you the stress and tell you.
Well....if you ask me I feel SpongeBob and his buddy most likely have a rare personality (yes it's exactly what you thought they are super weird!) withstanding you still can't get enough of this duo. For me I'll say the cartoon has taught me a lot especially when it comes to the realization that I should just do me! Other characters in this animation are quite interesting too, let's take squidward for a start we all have our definition of squidward so here's mine....the character is known for his specialty in playing the musical instrument the clarinet, squidward prefers his solitude and peace compared to anything else and most of us can relate to this I'd even say squidward represents my personality the most (the only difference is that I'm way happier than that dude sheeesh!!).
Just also as we can say about SpongeBob & Patrick, where as SpongeBob is a weirdly happy dude and Patrick is a funny & goofy guy, and we should all learn some few things from them as well...as for me I'll say I learnt to stay consistent to myself and stick to what powers my happiness just as SpongeBob & Patrick are called so many awful things...never the less they stayed true to what they believe...why not start doing that (it might go a long way but you at-least have to start trying.
