it was during lunch time that ji ung sent a text to gu nil to come to the infirmary instead of meeting at the cafeteria. so when gu nil arrived, ji ung gestured him to sit on the bed.

"can you wait here? I'll go and buy us lunch." ji ung asked and then got a nod from gu nil. "okay, what do you want? ah- wait, today's menu is kimchi jigae..."

"ew you know how bad this school's kimchi jigae is." gu nil made a disgusted face. "i want pizza. let's order pizza."

"pizza it is." ji ung took out his phone and turned on the delivery app looking at different pizza places. he didn't even noticed gu nil was peeking until a finger was poking on his phone screen.

"the hawaiian pizza at this place is fucking good. trust me with good food." gu nil excitedly exclaimed. ji ung only nodded and complied, placing an order of one large hawaiian pizza. the time estimated was 10 minutes so they wait in silence until gu nil decided to break it.

"you know, you are not as bad as what everyone said, ji ung."

"i take that as compliment."

"i meant what i said. i can see that you are also very genuine with ba ram. i think you are cool." gu nil raised both of his hands, doing thumbs up sign and ji ung chuckled.

"i guess I'm just used to be with ba ram all the time, I'm stealing the cool away from her. ba ram is cooler, i am always amazed." ji ung smiled brightly as he remembered the day when ba ram asked for his help and he thought she was the coolest person ever. and the cutest too.

"just say you're in love and go."

"I'm serious!"

"I'm serious too! go! your phone is ringing, it must be the pizza!" gu nil stood up and pulled ji ung to the door. "go!"

ji ung glared at gu nil but run anyway, worried that the delivery guy would be too hot waiting under the hot weather. gu nil just laughed at him and waited until ji ung came back.

gu nil took the pizza and displayed it on the attached table on ba ram's bed as ji ung was gently waking her up by shaking her shoulders.

"ba ram, wake up. let's eat together." ba ram slowly opened her eyes and got up into a sitting position with ji ung helping her. "do you want to eat pizza or chocolate? or do you want anything else?"

"pizza is fine." ba ram rubbed her eyes as she yawned. her cramps still hasn't gone and she felt very miserable right now. she was shocked to see gu nil was also there, staring at her before he said hi and went back to whatever he was doing. "how long did i sleep?"

"it's lunch now so, around 6 hours?"

"6 hours?! i missed three classes?"

"i got your back ba ram. i have the notes, chill." gu nil said before continuing to eat.

ji ung took a slice of pizza and put it into ba ram's hand for her to hold.

"gu nil is right. chill, ba ram. we got your back. now, eat. if you want anything, just let me know, okay?" ba ram nodded and also started eating together with the two.

"thank you, gu nil." gu nil answered by raising his eyebrows, his mouth was full at the moment.

ba ram was full after a slice. not that she didn't want to eat more but the cramps was not helping and she lost her appetite and just wanted to go back to being a shrimp again.

ji ung was worried that he could not do anything to make her feel better. but then, his prayers were answered when the real nurse came in.

she didn't expected to see three students having pizza in the infirmary but she greeted them with a smile anyway. she checked on the registration book and read what was written. she then walked towards ba ram.

"are you still having cramps now?" ba ram nodded. "did you take painkillers?"

"i did, before coming to school but I don't think it works." the nurse felt the temperature of ba ram's forehead and noticed that it was hot and ba ram was shivering.

"I'll give you another painkiller and you can go home after. will that be okay?"

"yes."

"also, don't be too stressed. it will make the cramps worsen. and can i trust any of you to bring her home?" the nurse turned to the boys who were silently listening to them.

"you don't have to worry miss! ji ung here will make sure ba ram gets home safe. he's a good boyfriend-" gu nil's mouth was filled with pizza again and ji ung smiled shyly at the nurse.

"i see. well then, if anything happened, watch your steps ji ung."

"i will, miss." the nurse chuckled alongside with gu nil who's just enjoying the awkward situation he created for ji ung and ba ram. gu nil suddenly smiled teasingly, an idea came into his head.

"miss, i heard cuddles help to ease period cramps. is that true?"

"it's true. oxytocin helps. it helps as stress reliever as well so make sure to hug her tight before you part ways later okay, ji ung? I'll just give her the painkillers and you guys can go."

the nurse walked to her cabinet to grab on whatever she needed and left a red silent ba ram on the bed, ji ung was also a bit red both from being shy and annoyed at gu nil who was unable to hold in his big smile and little giggles.

gu nil knew that he won't be able to survive in this room if ba ram and the nurse were not there so he's taking all the opportunities he had just to tease ji ung more and more.

"just to let you know, i ship whatever it is that you guys are having. oh, and get well soon, ba ram."
