Hang out

I awoke to the sound of nothingness. I got dressed in blackish skin tight skinny jeans. I throw on my favorite red and white short sleeve shirt, and put my hair in a high pony tail. I went down the stairs and saw no one in the living room, I walked around and no one was there. So I decided to go back to my room and grab my black converse and go for a walk to wait for anyone to come home. Just as I was about to walk out of the yard I remembered my switchblade, Darry had given it to me after my parents died. My parents had died two years ago. When my parents died I stayed in my room for two days I didn't come out or do anything just say curled up in the corner. I had locked my door and Darry, Sodapop, and Ponyboy had to break the door down.

Ponyboy POV
*Flashback*
Our parents had just died. Soda was crying but trying to hold a straight face. Raindrop was in tears screaming in Darry's arms. he was holding her back she was trying to run. I was crying to, I mean my parents had just died. I was on my knees with my head in my hands. I looked over at Darry with Rain she was a mess, she was crying hard, her head was in her hands and she looked like she wanted to run. she got her chance, a police officer came over to ask Darry some questions. As soon as Darry let go of Rain she was off, Soda and I ran after her even with me being a runner I couldn't catch her. I saw her run into the house and a door slam, we pounded in her door and all we heard was crying. Darry finally came and said "what's the matter" "she locked herself in her room and won't come out" I said still crying. Darry had tried to get her out by saying "it's ok we're for you" "go away" she said sniffling. we sat outside her door for two days. when she hadn't ate anything or come outside in two days I was thinking the worst. "what if she had died, or ran away out of her window, I hope she's ok." I thought. I could tell Soda was getting worried, he's one of her favorite people he's always making her laugh. Darry had had enough he turned to us and said " that's it we're breaking down the door". That's exactly what we did, we found her with her knees curled up to her chest. I ran over to her and picked her up bridal style. After two weeks she was ok and Darry gave her a switchblade I case she ever needed it.
End of Flashback

Raindrop's POV
I went for a little walk around the neighborhood. I came back to my house and I saw Two-Bit sitting on the floor in front of the TV eating Chocolate cake and drinking beer. I asked him "where everyone was?" "Oh Ponyboy, Dally and Johnny went to somewhere. Darry, Soda and Steve went to work. Darry told me to watch you today". " I don't need anyone to watch me, I just walked around the neighborhood and no Socs jumped me" . " Well to bad, what you wanna do". really Darry really.

* Three Hours Later *
Today me and Two-Bit went to the store and wandered around for half an hour. which led the clerk not to be suspicious, so I stole a bag of chips and a coke. I came I Darry and Soda sitting on the couch, Darry was reading the Newspaper and Soda was eating cake. they asked me what Two and I did. I really didn't want to tell them that I stole, cause If I got caught or in any trouble with the fuzz I would be in serious trouble with Darry. "Rain what did you do" Darry said. "oh nothing just walked around town and you know stole some chips and a coke". " what, you did what, rain you know you can't do that", Darry said. for some reason Soda wasn't helping me, he was just sitting there eating his cake, like nothing was happening. "I know, I know I should've done it, well then next time don't put Two in charge of me. And I was my idea, I had no money and I was hungry so ya." "Well you know better." " I KNOW DARRY, STOP YELLING AT ME." I said as I ran out of the door, but Pony was walking in right as I was running. He grabbed me and pulled me to the couch, where him and Soda who was acting like he was involved in everything pinned me down. By this time I was in tears "get off me" I yelled. "Rain I'm sorry I yelled at you, but you know better", Darry said. " I know, I'm sorry just please don't yell at me." "I won't, Soda Pony why don't you take Rain for a walk to the park and back." I walked to the door and Went for a walk To clear my head with Soda and Pony.
