Heyo! Hope you enjoyed Artificial Fantasy so far! It's been a while since I update this web novel nearly non-stop and I'm so happy at how much progress I made with Hayate and Kazuki's adventures in [Isekai Online]! And because of that, this novel is almost at the number 100!
That's right! The next chapter (barring the extra chapters along with the Lore Break ones exclusively on Royal Road) will be the 100th chapter of Artificial Fantasy and while I can't plan big for this celebration, there will be a special art released at the same time as the 100th to celebrate the occasion drawn by me. Writing this story has been a big undertaking since 2019 and despite my almost-year-long hiatus from it, I'm glad this story still gained traction to this day. As long as I can write a story about two brothers playing a VRMMO together in a slice-of-life kind of way, I'm happy regardless. Because of this, I managed to release a second web novel exclusively on Royal Road called "Twin Minds: Demonic Rebirth" and I want to take this story to another step as we get closer and closer to the next arc of the web novel.
And speaking of which, I have another announcement. Because of how long this arc was right now and how we haven't got to the first expansion of the game inside the story yet, I should probably change the name of the arc to avoid confusion, huh? Whoops...
So for this third arc, I'll be renaming it to [Sign Creation Arc] in reference to the events happening in the story right now. I will be using the [Monarch of Light Arc] title in the next one, I promise! >_<
Also, since Camp NaNoWriMo is coming and I had my eyes set on Twin Minds for my next project for it (whoops), Artificial Fantasy will be on 1-month hiatus after the 100th chapter will be released next week. I know this is bad timing, but I really want to make a bang for the 100th chapter celebration before the Camp NaNo hiatus. So sorry in advance...
With that all said, thank you so much for supporting me these past 4 years. I couldn't do it without the support of you, readers, along with my friends and family supporting me in spirit. I hope we can get this story up to 200 in time for the 5th anniversary. A bit too much of a dream, but a girl can do so, right?
Hayate and Kazuki's story doesn't end at 100 and you guys will be there for them until the end. See you next week for the 100th chapter celebration.
