Kate arrived a few weeks before Tilly gave birth. Bethany had picked her up from the airport, feverish. The house was buzzing with Tilly at eight months pregnant, looking more beautiful and poised than ever. Kara was also pregnant. Bethany hadn't mentioned it when she was taking care of Kate, nor the girls, so Kate was surprised when she walked into the house. She thought that Abigail was going to monopolize her and that she herself would, like everyone else, take care of Tilly. But with Kara pregnant, everyone was pampering each other.

Kate was fine. Since her operation, she had no more headaches, but she had no more flashes. The prognosis was good according to his doctor, that was the main thing. Kate had finally relented, the panic of the operation taking over. While talking with Abigail, she called Bethany to tell her that she had found Kate and that she needed her. Kara let her go, reassuring her about her pregnancy, Abigail was there. Bethany had arrived two days before her operation, caring for Kate and then Gibson while she was hospitalized. Bethany was at Kate's bedside like every time she takes care of the people she loves, staying with her for a few days. Abigail stayed with Tilly, taking care of her like she's taken care of her since they've known each other. Monitoring the pregnancy of her wife, her daughter and especially taking care of Kara. In Bethany's absence, the three of them took the opportunity to laugh in her absence, imagining if it was Bethany who was pregnant, the neighborhood would be a vast field of ruin, California would have suffered more damage than if the San Andreas Rift had finally opened.

With the girls' house under construction, everyone was living with Bethany and Kara, much to everyone's delight.

"Oh my God!" Kate cried as she walked in, seeing Kara with a little belly. "Why didn't you tell me?" Kara... you are absolutely divine!

— Yeah," Bethany smiled, "there's more to caress and kiss.

"Welcome back home, Kate," smiled Kara as she came over to hug her.

"Do you know...

— It's a boy," Bethany proudly claims. "Harper.

— A pretty name," Kate acknowledges, amused.

"A memory of my grandmother.

— Hello, Kate," Tilly smiled as she walked out of her room.

"By all the goddesses of beauty! Tilly! You are splendid!

— Stop it, I'm huge," Tilly blushed.

"I've seen a huge redhead, you're far from it," laughs Kate, remembering Shanna.

"Are you tired, do you want to rest?" Bethany asks, trying to take care of Kate, as always.

"No, it's ok, I'm fine, I can assure you.

— Then come with me," Abigail offers, "I'll show you the progress of the work," she says, opening the door. "You see, the house there, it's a really funny story, but with Tilly we got it as an inheritance, a neighbor who didn't go out much, but he took a liking to us. He left his house for Tilly and me and his car at Bethany."

Abigail took her hand, leading her across the road and showing her around the house. By listening to Abigail, Kate understands that everything will have a soothing side, whether by the choice of materials, sheers, curtains, colors, lighting. The atmosphere will be pleasant, she knows it. Abigail shows her a box whose contents are just waiting to be spread on the walls. Looking at the photographs, some already in frames, she sees Tilly, Abigail, alone and together, Kara and Bethany, the four of them, a few with her, Shanna and Caity, Sean. Their family. The wedding. One of a group on surfboards at sea, Abigail smiling, sparkling. One of Abigail battling a man twice her size, and signed "Bravo Supergirl." Their life will be displayed on the walls, in frames, placed on the furniture.
