Chapter 12

Chapter 12| Aurora

"What time is it?" I ask Austin who was checking his phone "uummm it's 3:43" he says "Still that early?! damn. Well, can we go back to the mall, I want to check for a few dressy cloths" I say

"That's perfectly fine let's go!" he says then we walk to the mall. I find a store that I saw had a few dresses and go in to look at the few dresses that were available.

"What type of dress are you looking for?" Austin asks. "I'm not sure yet, I want something cute but classy and anything cute and somewhat sexy" I say with a wink then start laughing. "Oh shut up Aurora you're to innocent for that!" Austin says. "Alright! try me you plastic milk carton"

He just gives me a "What the actual fuck" kind of expression. I simply close my eyes "I need sleep" I say "I can tell what the heck a plastic milk carton who even says that?!" he says "uh I do, now let me look!" I say

"Finnnnnnnneeeeeeeeeeeeee" he says and starts looking at dresses also for absolutely no reason I didn't even ask him to do that. I find an incredibly cute, pretty sexy red dress that gets to about my mid thigh, it has spaghetti straps and has a push-up type of chest supporter. It's just gorgeous.

"Austin! Look at this!" I say as I show Austin the dress. His eyes widen "Um, are you sure that's a good thing to wear around me and any other male in this entire universe?" he asks. "Why do you say that?" I say in a little bit of confusion.

"Aurora you're going to make every guy look at you in that dress, and probably make them get a boner. Are you sure that it's a good idea to wear that?" he asks. "What the hell of course now let me live" I say

"I'm trying to help you!" he says. "right" I say and look for more dresses. "I show him a few more dresses then go to try them on. First I try on that red dress. What Austin was telling me is bunch of bullshit. I look in the mirror and am absolutely amazed at how it looks.

I go out and show Austin. His eyes widen and his jaw drops a little "You okay there?" I ask him "I told you it would make guys stare you look way to hot in that take that off you're dating my best friend and I'm not gonna look at you in that way nope" he says then covers his eyes.

"Guess i'm definitely buying this" I say "Wh-what?!" he says. I try not to laugh then go back to try on two more dresses which Austin approved off. We then proceeded to pay for them. "Thank you for this, it was a lot of fun" I say.

"I'm just glad I got to spend time with the girl who is like my little sister, it really was a lot of fun and we should get together with the guys again and come to the mall, it'd be really cool!" he says. I smile and nod but then remember Jonathan.

"um, what about Jonathan?" I quietly. He looks at me "I'm sorry I brought that up, he really is a nice guy and never wanted to do what he did to you, and he truly did, maybe even does still love you Aurora, but if you don't want him to come then that's-"

"It's fine. I want him to come with us" I cut him off

"Oh, alright" he says. We get to his car, I put my bags in the back seat then walk to the passengers seat and put on my seatbelt.

"Is there anything else you want to do? It's 5:27" he says. "Nah, today's been a little to much for me in a while, I want to go home and relax" I say

"Alright. Oh, do you want me to text up the guys to see when they wanna hang out so we can all catch up?" He says. "Sure!" I say and smile.

He pulls out his phone "No texting and driving!" I say. "Fine, wait i'll park somewhere real quickly" He says. as he drives a little more than parks at a gas station.

"I need gas anyway" He says as he gets out of his car to put in some gas. He comes back into the car while it fills up and texts the guys.

I sit and look at myself in the car mirror checking my makeup and all that crap. Once he's done filling up the car we drive back home.

It's a comfortable silent with music playing which makes it all better. He parks in my driveway and checks his phone.

"The guys said that sounds awesome. You'll even get to meet the few guys who we played basketball and soccer with who were too damn shy to talk to you" He says.

"Aww!" I say with a small laugh "Fucking pussys I swear" He says "Use your language!" I say "Shushh" he says and laughs.

I laugh with him and get out of his car and grab my bags. "2 Pm tomorrow hun, i'll come pick you up with all the guys" He says "Alright! Sounds good" I say.

"Bye Aurora!" "bye bye!" I say, as he then drifts off. I start walking to my house when I feel a hand grab my arm and spin me around.

I meet a pair of beautiful green eyes causing my eyes to widen and my lips to part slightly. "I guess i'll see you tomorrow. We have a lot to catch up on you know" He says as he moves his hands toward my waist.

"I uh I hhasmsm" I mumble in confusion and admiration. "don't be scared, nothing bad, in fact, some good things I wanna talk about" He says as he bends down to meet his lips with my cheek, very close to my lips.

"Bye princess" he whispers into my ear then walks away leaving me speechless. "What the fuck" I whisper to myself then walk into the house and into my room.

I set my bags on my bed and face plant into my pillows "I need to set my mind straight"
