The next day; Barnaby, Jae, Cedric, Charlie, Tonks, Talbott, Diego, Penny and I went to Dumbledore's office to hear what he had to say.

"Ah, the rest of you got my message. Come in." Dumbledore smiled, coming around his desk to greet us.

"The rest of us? Does that include-?" Barnaby asked.

"Yes Barnaby, that includes you." Liz answered. I smacked my forehead and groaned, how was Barnaby a Slytherin again?

Author's note: probably values determination and ambition or something. Because he is not cunning in the slightest. Ok, maybe 3rd year but still.

"Is this about the announcement at the welcome feast?" Cedric asked.

"Yes, the 9 of you will be receiving different assignments working in the ministry for your future careers after Hogwarts."

"So, basically an internship." I asked

"From a certain point of view, yes." Dumbledore replied.

I giggled slightly at the quote, though it was quiet enough to where only Penny could hear.

"But remember, You are still students at Hogwarts, anything you do there will be reflected on this school." Dumbledore reminded us.

I rolled my eyes a little, of course we won't screw this up... not on purpose anyways.

"Any questions?"

Tonks raised her hand. "Why us?" She asked.

"You all have particular skills that could prove useful to the ministry in the future. Mr. Weasley for his boldness, Ms. Tonks for her loyalty, Mr. Winger for his wisdom, Mr. Lee for his dependability, Mr. Diggory for his hard work, Ms. Haywood for her fairness and Mr. Cutter for his bravery and luck."

I tilted my head at that, that really didn't feel like me.

"Although, some would also say stubbornness" Dumbledore explained.

Ok, I really couldn't argue with that one.

"I also suppose some people would also say stupidity for going against Dravyn, but..." I shrugged.

"That was more brave than stupid, because you really couldn't do much in the moment." Talbott noted.

"That's true." I agreed.

"I have already informed both Professor Sprout and Madame Rosmerta about this. Head to greenhouse 3 to recover the floo powder."

"Thank you, professor." I said.

"Professor? A word please?" Talbott asked.

"Certainly." Dumbledore replied as he nodded to us and we left the office to go.

Dumbledore turned to Talbott; "What's this about?" Dumbledore asked politely.

"Well it's kind of a long story but..." Talbott transformed into his Animagus form.

"Ah, as I suspected." Dumbledore replied. "Yes, you may go to the ministry to get registered."

"I don't know, I'm scared the death eaters will find out and kill me." Talbott admitted

"I assure you that will not happen. Tell them that you are afraid and I'm positive they will understand." Talbott nodded and started to leave. "Oh by the way, Talbott. Tell Lucas to watch out for a woman by the name of Delores Umbridge."

"I will, sir. Have a good day." Talbott walked out of the office as Dumbledore went back to the letter he was writing.

Cedric, Tonks and I went to the greenhouse to get the floo power needed to go to the ministry, while the rest went to the three broomsticks.
