Things are quiet throughout Australia when out of nowhere multiple a massive ship crash near the land.

Then multiple Black Fleet ships surround the ship preventing any government officials and civilians from exploring the mysterious ship.

A hour later.

At Earth government building.

Currently the government, Avengers, Justice League, Overwatch and Union are having a meeting to discuss about this mystery ship when the witness appear.

Witness: "This ship is no Earth problem any interference will result in termination" he said and was about to leave when several Guardians surround him with guns aim at him.

Then the leader of the guardians: Zavala walk up to the witness.

Zavala: "It does as we detected several other of these ships heading towards Earth" he said surprising everyone except for the witness who look at Zavala.

Witness: "Fine these ships are Arks aka space stations posing as artificial, self-sustainable environments. They were created by the same entity my mentor been fighting for eons but both my mentor and the Traveler vanish. However both left behind a reminder: the Black Fleet and the Arks which are controlled by Overseers" he said showing a holographic projection of a overseer.

James Ironwood: "What exactly are these overseers?" He ask trying to get up only for a mysterious being aim a gun at his head.

???: "i wouldn't move if I was you Atlas scum" the mysterious being said then out of nowhere multiple other individuals appear and each one is wearing similar armor.

Witness: "Betos tell the skirmishers to stand down as they pose no threat to me" he said then the one aiming the gun at James Ironwood remove her helmet.

Betos: "But my witness he could had a hidden weapon waiting to strike" she said.

Witness: "James maybe Atlas leader but at least he doesn't kill a unarmed individual" he said which James nod.

James Ironwood: "I maybe a bast_rd but I don't fight dirty like the brats" he said glaring at Union students who flinch at his glare.

Witness: "Now the overseer is basically an powerful AI that only seek the restoration of worlds but have it have a program that determines those are worthy to ascend in evolutionary or to be terminate" he said shocking everyone at the fact this Overseer is a bigger threat than the Black Fleet.

Bakugo: "So what we're supposed to allow you to deal with this threat! We can handle this threat with ease" he said only to get smack by Nezu who is glaring at him.

Nezu: "This is not a joking matter as an Ai is advanced and can easily wipe us out if we're deem as unworthy" he said.

Witness: "Nezu is correct thus why the Black Fleet will deal with this threat unless you don't want us to deal with this" he said which the Earth government sigh.

All: "We beg you to deal with this threat" they said shocking almost all heroes.

Ozpin: "Hang on what about the technology? We could use those to defend us from you" he said only to receive glares.

Witness: "Humanity can't handle the ark technology besides you have Tony Stark and the Justice League technology" he said then both himself and the skirmishers vanish.

Tony Stark: "I already done a scan of the first ark and the witness is correct we simply can reach that kind of technology" he said.

James Ironwood: "But you do have blueprints for how to restore environments" he said which Tony Stark nod.

Batman: "Then it simple. We create our own versions of the environment restoration technology to give us food and water in case Witness attack our resources" he said then everyone, except for the greedy and power hungry, agree.

Ozpin: "We'll have that technology to take down the League of darkness and the Black Fleet" he thought.
