Currently James Ironwood, Nezu, Queen Mirelia, and Lady Tsunade are discussing about the situation involving Union.
Ironwood: "Ever since Union join Edmund Rockwell they become more c_cky then never before" he said.
Nezu: "Don't forget that ever since we find these shards Union students and teachers are becoming more selfish and power hungry" he said.

Witness: "So you wish to join the Black Fleet due to Union causing suffering and pain" he said which the four nod.
Ironwood: "We are still needed but we'll be your spies on the inside" he said which Witness look at him with a glare.
Witness: "I don't need spies. I need allies hiding from plain sight" he said which surprised them.
Queen Mirelia: "Then we be your allies from the shadows" she said which Witness nod then vanish.
Once he was gone the four people leave but deep in the ladies mind they feel attracted towards the Witness.
At Hidden Leaf village.
Upon Tsunade returns to the village she is shocked to see flames throughout the village thus she rush and see what happened.
What she see is many fox demons attacking many civilians and random Shinobi but standing in the center is Naruko.
