Emperor: "... I'm thinking about submitting" he said shocking everyone especially Union.
Ozpin: "Emperor. You can't be serious! The Black Fleet are evil and would destroy the world!" He said.
Emperor: "I say think I didn't say I might but that could change after the evidence I saw from your evil" He said confusing everyone except for Union who sweatdrop.
Tsunade: "Whatever do you mean" she said a bit confused.
An: reminder Tsunade and a few others are new to Union.
Emperor: "I received evidence of crimes Union made behind my back and one of them is the death of their student Y/N L/N that they killed" he said shocking everyone.
Sasuke: "That weakling got what he deserve for holding us back" he said which everyone, except for a few, look at him with glares.
???: "And the reason I am doing this" a familiar voice spoke surprising everyone as they look around.
Dr Strange: "Reveal yourself Witness!" He said as both himself and Dr Fate are prepared to defend everyone.
Then out of nowhere The Witness himself appear but to Union and the Emperor shock they see Y/N face as clear as day.
Sirzech: "Impossible! You're supposed to be dead!" He said.
Ozpin: "How are you alive Y/N!" He said shocking everyone that the witness is none other than the student that Union killed.
Witness: "I am Y/N the Witness who was reborn into the avatar of darkness" he said shocking Dr Fate and Dr Strange as they heard stories about the avatar of darkness.
Issei: "Ha this gonna be easy!" He said and was about to attack only to froze confusing everyone until they gasp or scream as Issei was slice into dust.
Witness: "I ain't the same. Now I seek justice and vengeance against you abusers of light gift" he said snapping his fingers which Issei was brought back to life but immediately he notice something was wrong.
Issei: "I'm human again?!" He said shocking everyone only for Issei to be punch in the face by Ddraig who is no longer a gear and is human size.
Rias: "Issei! How could you do that!" She said only to pale by the death glare Ddraig is giving her.
Ddraig: "Because I am sick of being this _sshole so called s_x tool of his harem! So when the Witness revive Issei he free me and gave me new found powers!" He said then stood by Witness side shocking everyone.
Witness: "As you can see I am unlike anything you have ever fought. Now it time for you to feel the pain I felt" he said then both himself and Ddraig vanish.
However the entire building shake causing everyone to evacuated only for many of them to pale as outside is death and destruction.
Batman: "This is the beginning of war" he said deadly serious for throughout the world multiple warships attack several places that are homes to both the heroes and the world leaders.
