One last Chance- Seungjin

Chapter 1

19 year old Seungmin woke up by his alarm at 5 am as usual.
Not that he necessarily needed or wanted to get up that early, but he didn't want people to know what he was doing at school early in the morning.

Seungmin got up from his "bed" which was really just a blanket and a jacket on the pavement ground in a dark alley.
Seungmin stood up and put the blanket in his backpack and then made his way to school, which is only about a 20 min walk away.

Seungmin was always tired, he woke up at 5 am everyday to go shower in the schools bathroom. He didn't really have any other choice if he wanted to shower. As well as walking up early he sometimes was up late because of night shifts at his part- time job at a local store. Something he didn't really like doing but he kept on working there so he could pay for school.

Seungmin is a hopeful boy and looks into the future with bright eyes. He hopes his future life will be better then the life he has now. He barely have enough food and sleep, constantly cold, showering only available in the school, little money left after paying the school fees, and the list goes on.
But the reason as to why Seungmin insisted to continue his studies was of course education to get a well paid job, but the number one reason...

His hallway crush.

His hallway crush had shoulder length black wayv hair. He was tall and handsome with a bright smile and the mole right under his eye. They did share some classes, but not many enough in Seungmins opinion.

He really liked daydreaming of his crush being his savior in a shining armor, but that was just too good to be true. So instead of continuing daydreaming of his crush he had to face reality now. Inside Seungmins locker is the rest of his outfits. He only had about 4 and no one of them were really clean since he cleaned them in the schools bathroom as well. It was kind off weird how no one had noticed it Seungmin thought for himself. But it didn't really matter, did it? No one really cared and that was positive in Seungmins mind. Then he wouldn't get caught.

After taken a cold shower and changing clothes Seungmin walked into the cafeteria at 07 am. Usually there would be just a few other students there other than him.

Everyday he saw the same people, but he didn't know anything about them. Even when he tried to talk to them they would just walk away, not bothering showing some kindness.
Seungmin was labeled as one of the schools loners, even if he didn't want to be one.
After his parents died everyone found out about Seungmin forgetting the stove and a rumor erupted. A rumor that stated that Seungmin did kill his parents on purpose. After that not many people talked to him. Only Felix and Jisung but he lost them as well. Not because they were bad friends that believed the rumors, but because Seungmin really crossed the line. Now Felix and Jisung were a part of his crushes friend group.

And oh yea Seungmin doesn't know the name of the handsome guy... yet.

After getting something to eat and sitting down in the cafeteria more students started showing up. Of course no one bothered sitting or interacting with him.
When Seungmin was done eating he went to the schools rooftop as usual. He liked being there, it was so much calmer and quieter then inside the school.
When he opened the door he could smell the fresh air and he loved it. It was now 7:30 am and 30 minutes left to class so seungmin sang while listening to his phone. His favorite song at the moment is know me better by awoken by silence. (Y'all should listen to it) Yes he did have the same phone as when his parents died since he couldn't afford a new one and only charged his phone at school and his part time job. He did save a bit, or he tried at least. It wasn't easy saving money when you already don't have enough to not go to sleep hungry every other day.
In the middle of his dance the bell rang and yet another nightmare started.

In class Seungmin was the smart one, but when it came to in between classes and interacting with other students Seungmin just didn't know what to do. In group projects Seungmin most of the time got to work alone. Generally Seungmin was quiet and invisible to most people.

Until this one day...
