"We need to capture those goddamn pirates at once."

You halt on your step as you walk passed by the Admiral's office. He was apparently having a serious meeting with his men. The door was half-closed so they can be heard from the outside. You are holding your sword on your side since you just finished doing your training drills.

"If any of you will try to help them, I will not hesitate to cut you into pieces."

That threat from Smoker made your jaw almost drop on the floor. The thing inside your chest started to pound harder and harder as if it want to break out. He was dead serious about it.

Letting out a sigh, you gripped your sword as you walk away from Smoker's office. Your eyes sharpened. It would be much better if you end him now. As soon as possible.

... or else he will catch you as well.

Yes. You are a pirate disguising yourself as one of Smoker's intern. It is your own way of dealing with your father's murder case. He was related to it. And maybe, he is also involved in executing your father who is a well known pirate on his days.

In the middle of the night—under the light of the moon and the cold breeze of wind in the hallway—you are making a silent step. Towards Smoker's room of course. He is probably asleep right now. And that's the only moment where you can attack him.

The guards that are tasked to roam around are already dead out of the world. Not literally. You just pressed some of their nerve to shut their consciousness off.

As quite as possible, you sneak inside his room. Thankfully, the door didn't made a screeching sound. Phew.

You pull out my knife and took a careful step to his bed. However, something a little unexpected made you stop. Your head abruptly reared to the the direction of the man leaning on the wall and his arms were cross over his chest.

He was... naked. Only a piece of towel is covering his down part. A lump stopped between your throat and mouth. Unable to speak and move your body to attack.

Your eyes rounded."S-Smoker...?"

"Hm... I knew it," he mumbled.

"Y-You knew...?" your lips parted in disbelief. "Since when?"

"You don't have to know," he replied.

"Since when?!" you repeated, furious with how he played with your life.

He knew all along. And he is acting like he didn't. He is... much cruel and dangerous than you expected.

Instead of answering you, he walked a step closer. Then next thing you knew, he is now inches away from you and his head leaning on to you before he brought his mouth on the right side of your ear. You felt shiver run up to your spine as his breath fanned your ear when he spoke in a deep, slow, and dangerous voice.

"If you badly want to kill me that bad, go and fucking train harder, Honey."
