KID & HIS PERSONAL DOCTOR

It was a late afternoon and you're supposed to be at work now but Kid came home and you decided not to. Worry flash over you when you felt something different from him.

"I know you have some stuff to do today so you better leave now. I can handle myself, alright?" he then added,"I don't want you to get sick too because of me, y/n."

"How could you say that, Kid? Your body is literally burning due to fever!" you scolded him while checking his body.

"Hm... maybe 'cause I'm hot?" he chuckled, staring at you. But when he saw how serious you are, he pressed his lips together and lowered his head. "Don't worry. I'm fine."

You shook your head and tap his shoulder before scrunching your face. "Oh, stop kidding around. Come on, get up. You have to change your clothes. You smell like 'ew', Kid."

"That's so honest of you, y/n." Kid replied sarcastically.

You can't help but to smile at him. He bit his lower lip when he saw you trying to hide your smile. To stop yourself from smiling too much, you pushed Kid to his bed and he just let you.

"Take off your clothes," you instructed and his eyes widened. "Now."

"Y/n..." he stammered. "Y-You want to do it?"

"What?" you eyed him confusedly. But when your mind processed what he said, your eyes rounded. "That's not what I mean, you stupid!"

Your blood rise up to your face when he started laughing like crazy.

"Pervert!" you snapped at him.

He stop laughing but his eyes continued to dance in amusement. Then Kid spread his arms wide. Your forehead creased, baffled with his action.

"I don't have the strength to take my clothes off," Kid didn't bother to hide his grin. "Could you do it for me instead, y/n?"

You closed your eyes in annoyance before you ran your fingers through your hair. Kid really like to stress you out. If he's not sick right now, you would've kicked him out already in your room.

You didn't have any choice but to help Kid take of his clothes, blushing the whole time. Kid can't also take his eyes off you and you can feel it.

"You can take a nap now. I'll just get some medicine outside," you said and helped him to lay on the bed.

You're about to go away from him when he caught your hand. It made you stop.

"You'll be back right?" he asked you in a tired tone.

You nodded and gently tapped his face. "Of course, I will."

Kid smiled back and his hold on your hand tightened. You stayed beside him unti he finally dozed off to sleep.

Then after that, you went out of the room and prepared Kid's medicine. It was an easy task for you since you are a doctor. In addition to that, you own a clinic in the town where you and Kid are living.

After you finished the medicine, you went back inside the room where sick Kid is. He is still sleeping peacefully.

You can't help but to smile while watching him sleeping like a baby. Well... he sometimes act like a baby only if you two are alone. But when he's on his Captain mood, he becomes a badass.

You don't want to wake him up yet so you decided to sat on the chair next to him and start reading a medical book.

Minute passed by...

"Y/n..." you heard a voice on the bed.

It was Kid's. He already wake up.

You put down the book you are reading to the side before you sit beside Kid. He tried to get up but you immediately stopped him.

"Don't get up yet. I told you to rest didn't I?" you said in a firm voice.

Kid groaned, pouting his lips. "I have enough rest, y/n."

"But it's still not enough for you to feel better," you playfully pinched his nose. "Stop making me worry, Kid."

Kid's gave softened and a warm smile escape from his lips.

"Alright. I'll rest more," Kid reached for your hand.

You smiled. "Thank yo—!"

The smile vanish on your lips when Kid suddenly pulled you closer to him. Now the both of you are lying on the bed. Your head on his hard chest and his arms are wrapped around your waist.

You tried to get up but he won't let you go. "Let me go, Kid. Take your medicine first."

"I'll take it later," he answered as his hands wandered on your back.

"Kid..." you warned him with your warning tone.

"Y/n..." he gave you a teasing smile.

This guy...

You took a deep breath and decided to just let him do what he wants. When he's in his baby mood, he's unstoppable.

"How are you feeling now?" you asked him, worried.

He gave you a quick kiss on the forehead. "I'm starting to better now since you're here."

"So cheesy!" you scolded him, laughing.

"Ah... I think your laugh is enough for me to feel better. But I missed something from you too."

"What is it?"

"Your moans," he then kissed you on the lips without warning.

"Kid!" You blushed and punch him on his abdomen. "That's it. Get off me and take your medicine."

But Kid acted like he didn't heard what you said. Instead, he buried his face on the hollow of your neck.

"Told yah, I'll take it later," he muttered. "I still want to cuddle with my amazingly beautiful Captain."

You can't stop laughing at his cuteness and cheesy remarks.

"Captain?" you chuckled. "You are the Captain, not me."

"You prefer me calling you 'my amazingly beautiful wife', right, baby?"

"Hm, yep! I love it!" you said happily and hug him.

Sometimes, you still can't believe that you are already married to the infamous Kid Pirates Captain—Eustass Kid.
