Int. Paris' room - the next day

Paris wakes up the next day excited. She couldn't wait to see Camoran again and hang out with Lexi for a bit. Today would be a great day.

Paris gets out of bed and shakes the sleepiness out of her eyes.

                  Paris

(Talking to herself) Today is going to be a great day.

                            Scene:
Paris goes downstairs quietly because Diane is still sleeping. Diane hasn't been sleeping for weeks because of stress.

Paris gets her favorite cereal, Lucky Charms very quietly, but Diane comes to the kitchen tying her robe.

                  Paris

Oh, mom, I didn't wake you, did I?

                  Diane

No, honey. I can't sleep. You're fine.

                  Paris

             Well, good morning!

                   Diane

       Good morning my Paris bear.

Diane goes over to the coffee maker and makes coffee. Diane usually liked French Vanilla. She sat next to Paris and smiled at her daughter.

                  Diane

         So, what's the latest?

                  Paris

Uhm, well, Camoran is going to meet me at the lake today at four and Lexi is coming over an hour before to help me get ready. If that's okay.

                 Diane

Yeah, it's okay. I can't keep you from  everything.

                 Paris

Thanks, mom. I'm going to get started on my schoolwork.

                 Diane

Okay, honey.

Int. At the top of the stairwell- at three pm

                          Scene:
Paris was done with her schoolwork and she wanted to draw at the top of the stairwell while waiting for Lexi. Suddenly the doorbell rang and Paris stood up with her sketchbook in her arms.

                  Lexi

Hi Mrs. Rose, I'm here to make up Paris. She has a "Hang out" with a guy named Camoran, and she called me for my guidance...er do you know about Cameron?

                 Diane

(Smiling) Yes, Lexi. I do know about Camoran. You would say we were expecting you to make up the magician.

                       Scene:
Lexi turns red. Paris couldn't help but chuckle a little.

                           Lexi

Uh, yes that's me. Come on Paris.
