Chapter 29: Nemo's Retirement

Cleveland POV

It was 6 weeks ago that I have Isaac to revive Nemo from his slumber, but he told me that he is going to early retirement since he won't be a U-Boat anymore due to the damage to the wisdom cube. During those 6 weeks; I did commission and there was a big game against Baltimore and her team which I wish Nemo was here to see it, but we won against them. I head to see Enterprise who got promoted after the Battle of North Atlantic; however she decide to hand it over to Gettysburg who help rescue Nemo's wisdom cube from Orochi. Gettysburg become a flagship for Eagle Union, but decide to hand it over to Enterprise since he want to spent more time with his wife Akagi which she agree to his term since someone need to be with Yorktown at the hospital which he agrees to it. Nijmegen is still working with his girlfriend Bismarck at the Iron Blood section and also spending time with his older sisters. Everyone is doing their normal thing, but for me; I just want to see Nemo again, but I better make sure I'm fully prepare if things go south so I decide to train myself along with my sisters. I was heading to the dorm when I got stop my Denver.

Denver: "Hey sister; do you know that we got ourselves a new teacher at school?"

Cleveland: "No; this is the first time I hear about this."

Denver: "This new teacher request to see you."

I was confuse of why the new teacher want to see me so I decide to head for the school building to see this new teacher.

Azur School, Azur Lane

I head to the school where the new teacher is at which it is my first time of hearing this, but I hope nothing major. I continue to make my way to the school until I bump into Javelin who is talking with Z23 about something.

Cleveland: "Hello you two."

Z23: "Hello Cleveland; what are you doing here?"

Cleveland: "I was called by the new teacher."

Javelin: "Then you better not keep him waiting."

Those two head out while whisper something which I didn't hear and I was confuse of why not keep him waiting; so I head to the school building where I was greet by other shipgirls who is learning from this school. I head to the principal's office to talk about this new teacher and I was greet by someone sitting at the chair talking with the principal who is London.

London: "Hello Cleveland; I believe you know this new teacher."

The new teacher stand before was none other than Nemo which I was shock and happy to see him which cause me to hug him.

Cleveland(happy): "Nemo; you're alive."

Nemo: "Hello Cleveland and yes I'm back from the living thanks to Isaac."

Cleveland(angry): "Why you didn't call me that you be showing up?"

Nemo: "Than that ruin the surprise."

I notice that he wasn't speaking German anymore so I question him of what happen over there during the 6 weeks while we walk around the school building.

Cleveland: "What happen over with Isaac?"

Nemo: "After I got revive by Isaac; he inform me that my days as a U-Boat has come to an end and request me to retire from Azur Lane, but I can't get away from the organization until I found out that they request someone to teach the shipgirls at the school so I decide to work at the school."

We continue making our way around the school and start talking about dating which I accept.

3 Months Later

Cleveland POV

It was 3 months later that me and Nemo start dating. I continue helping Azur Lane fighting against the Sirens while Nemo teach the girls how to be more effective in combat including the submarines who see him as Sensei for submarines. The U-Boats start talking to him about playing hide and seek which he accept. Nemo request Z23 to help him out with his exercise training for the shipgirls which she accept and those two are getting along together as friends. The war against the Sirens are moving great after we defeat Observer and other high ranking Sirens during the Battle of North Atlantic when we try to saved Nemo from Orochi's controls. Royal Navy is loosen up their colonies in Africa while Vichy Dominion is reuniting with Iris Libre which they called themselves Iris Orthodoxy after the Crimson Axis joined Azur Lane with the Iris sisters as flagships for one nation. Eagle Union and Northern Parliament is making a great trade deals of wisdom cubes and decide to make a research facility in Siberia as joint-cooperation alliance as the Great Three along with Iron Blood with their expert of Siren tech. Sakura Empire and Dragon Empery are commence their joint-alliances to fight the Sirens at Asia and Western Pacific Ocean while Azur Lane forces help at the Eastern Pacific Ocean. Sardegna Empire will helping out the Royal Navy against the Sirens at the Mediterran Sea.

7 Years Later

War against the Sirens has ended with the death of the Empress and Nemo propose to me which I accept and we have a shipgirl named Narwhal who is half submarine and half cruiser. She is been taught by her father at school while I teach her how to do sports.
