I sat on the counter as Mason started heating up the tomato sauce to add to the noodles when they were done cooking. 

"You ready to actually start filming?" as ready as i will be. I said 

"I get that it doesnt feel real until you start."

My phone buzzed on the counter and I picked it up.

Miguel

wanna go do something tonight?

Me

im with Mason right now.

miguel

thats fine he can come too we can go to

like target or something

"Hey Mason" i called

"yeah" 

"wanna go to target with Miguel tonight?"

"oh umm sure." he said walking back over shrugging "i dont see why not." 

"What time should he pick us up?"

"Oh um well dinners ready maybe like 6:30."

"kk"

yeah he says that sounds good does 

6:30 work for you

I watched as her phone went off and she picked it up smiling. Her class group chat was probably blowing up again those kids were something else. But then she asked me if I wanted to hang out with Miguel. She is texting him. How often are the texting? Have they hung out without me? Has something happened between them is this why they were so comfortable this morning.

"oh umm yeah." I said finally answering her question and pretty much zoning out for the rest of for the rest of the conversation and throughout dinner. After we helped clean up the door bell rang I opened the door and let Miguel in.

"whats up dude." he said doing our little handshake thing.

"nothing just cooked dinner. Fia will be down in a second she went to go get her phone of the charger."

I grabbed my phone and ran down the stairs running right into Miguels arms. He picked me up just so my feet were off the ground and squeezed me.

"you ready?" 

"yeah." 

I followed Miguel to his car Mason taking up the rear. I got in the front seat and Mason sat in the back. Mason played music the whole way there and they talked about what filming was like. We got to target and got out of the car. I slung my arms over Mason and Miguel.
