October 28th, 1984

Mom just dropped me and Toni off at school, and Tommy comes up behind Toni and grabs her ass under her skirt

"Nice ass Mikaelson"

Toni turns around and about smacks him, but I step in.

"Can you not?"
"What, I'm not lying"
"Well don't fucking touch my sister like that again"
"Or what, your gonna call Derek oh wait you wouldnt ever do that"

I want to cry, but I also want to kill him at the same time, he doesn't believe me Derek was like his bestfriend until he graduated, Tommy still antagonizes me about it, he thinks it's funny.
Most kids at this school are scared of me anyways.

"Well are you gonna answer me?"

I blow a punch at him and he's now on the ground looking at me and I continue to punch at him and slam his head on the concrete until Krystal steps in, Tommy is now choking on his own blood laying there.
Hopper handcuffs me and bring me to his car and puts me in the back seat, and he talks to Tommy's parents when they get there.
Hopper gets back in the car and he sits there for a minute then he looks at me.

"Look kid..I know this isn't easy cause of you know but you have to stop, your gonna be arrested if you do it again, it's assault"
"But he started it, he touches my sister's ass"
"Hey I know calm down but you can't just beat Tommy up, I k ow he's an asshole but you just can't, I won't bring you down to the station, I'll just bring you home but, please I'm just trying to look after you dont do it again"

He turns back around and he starts driving me home.
About 5 minutes later he gets to my house and he parks on the side of the road, he gets up and opens the door and uncuffs me and he let's me go, I go up to the front door and I take a deep breath and I walk in and my mom is sitting in the kitchen on the phone, she gets off the phone and stops me from going upstairs.

"Stop right there Kolton Mikaelson"
"Oh my God what do you want?"
"Don't give me that attitude"
"Well-"
"Don't say a fucking word"

I roll my eyes at her

"Don't roll your eyes at me, you put Tommy in the hospital, again"
"Yea so?"
"So, his parents said that they might sue"
"Well they're petty"
"No they're not, Kolton, your gonna kill him, you don't want to kill anyone else do you?"

The way she looks at me softens and her voice does as well

"Mi hijo, promise me you won't do it again you have to control your anger"
"I will mamá"
"Thank you, you are just like your father"

I laugh at her and I grab my bag and I go upstairs to my room and I lay on my bed and 15 minutes later and i hear my window start to open and I see someone start to climb through my window and I grab my bat that Steve gave me.

"Billy?"
"Woah what's with the bat?"
"I thought you were an intruder"
"Well I'm not"
"Yea no shit"
"Well what you did this morning was badass"
"Yea well Tommy got what he deserved"
"Seemed like it"
"No body is gonna touches my sister and get away with it"

We stop talking and he sees my hockey gear

"You play hockey?"
"Yea since I moved here, my mom said I should make friends, because Toni already made friends in cheer, so my mom signed me up for hockey"
"Ohhh"
"Mhm, I didn't like it at first but I grown to like it I guess, I have a game next weekend actually if you wanna go"
"I'll ask, I might have to watch max so I don't know"
"Just bring her with"
"True"
"You don't have to go"
"Well I don't know if I can or not"
"That's why I'm saying you don't have to go"

While me and Billy are talking my dad barges in with my mom trying to talk to him, and my dad looks pissed at me.

"What did we talk about"
"What?"
"I told you if you beat up that kid again there are going to be consequences"
"Mhm sureee"

I look at my mother and she has the pleading look while she is looking at him.

"Klaus don't it's not worth it"
"Athena stay out of it"

My dad usually isn't like this but he did warn me, my mom told my dad but none of them no why

"You want to know why I did it this time?"
"Yes please elaborate"
"He touched Toni"
"Where"

He didn't seem mad at me anymore, he seem mad at Tommy

"He touched her ass"

My dad walks out without another word and me, my mom and Billy are all just looking at each other and my mom changes the subject

"William how are you?"
"I'm good Athena, how are you?"
"Good before my husband burst through here"
"Yea, well I should get back to school"
"Bye Billy"
"Bye Kol"

Billy leaves and I work on some homework and I sneak out and I go hang out with billy.
