Ross and Morgan we're in the middle of a piano lesson. I sat on the bench, watching them. They suddenly stopped. "And we're done. Give your daddy a big hug." He said. She gave him a bear hug, and they let go. She ran to me. "Mommy! Mommy! I learned how to play kiss the rain!" She said. Oh I remember that song. It wasn't really a song, it was more like music. But it was a sad tone of music. Its really sad. "And, with 4 fingers!" She grinned. I smiled. "Alrighty kiddo." I said. "Morgan." Ross said. She turned to face him. "May I speak with you?" He said. She nodded and ran to him, and they went to another room. I decided not to be nosy and sat down on the couch, to watch TV.

Ross POV:

"Morgan. I need your help." I said. She nodded. "Mhm?" She said.

"I'm gonna propose to your mom." He said. "Oh!! You mean like, marry her?.... again?" She said. I nodded. She jumped up and down. "So wait.." She stopped jumping. "Why do you need me?" She asked. "I need you to help me on how I should do it." I said. She nodded. "I'll work on it tonight!" She smiled. I smiled back and kissed her head. We exit the room and hear Laura throwing up. "Is Mommy okay?" She asked. I nodded. "She's fine." I said. A few minutes later, Laura came out of the bathroom. I could see her baby bump was growing a little. "You okay now?" I asked her. She nodded. "I'm going outside a bit okay?" She said. "You want me to come?" I asked her. She shook her head while opening the door. "I love you!" I yelled as she walked away. "Yeah yeah!" She yelled back, and kept walking. I shut the door and looked down at Morgan. "You hungry?" I asked. She nodded. I walked into the kitchen, and made her a sandwich. I gave it to her as she began to eat. I walked to the couch and fell asleep, once my head hit the cushions.

Laura POV:

I was walking around the park. Now it was night time. Ross had text me, and i replied that I will be back in 20 minutes. I continued walking, looking around. Suddenly, I felt someone grab my waist. "Whats a pretty babe like you walking around alone at night." A masculine voice said. My breath hitched. Oh no.

I stayed quiet. "Your coming with me." He whispered. I tried to escape. "Let go of me!!" I yelled. "No." He pulled me. He pressed my stomach. "NO STOP!!" I yelled. He pressed harder. "NO!! YOUR HURTING THE BABY!!" I yelled. He all of the sudden let go, and I breathed hardly. "Oh so your pregnant?" He smirked, pulling out a knife. My eyes widened and I ran as fast as possible. He chased after me. I see my house. My legs felt weak all of the sudden, and I fell to the ground. He grabbed me. "ROSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I yelled as loud as possible.

Ross POV:

I was on my phone. "Daddy." Morgan said. "Yea peach?" I said. "Something doesn't feel right." She said. "Why?" I asked. "I just feel it. Its my little girl instincts telling me somethings wrong." She said. I shrugged. "Daddy please!!" She squeaked. I sighed. "Fine." I said. I suddenly felt as someone was calling my name. I walked outside, and I couldn't believe what I saw.

A man was choking Laura. "HEY!! WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING!?!?" I yelled. I rushed up to him and punched him right in the nose, and he fell down onto the sidewalk, and I held onto Laura before she fell down with him. I kicked the guy and I called the police. Soon enough, they came.

"Sir, tell me what exactly happened?" The cop asked. "Well, I was having a regular night, until I heard Laura screaming. I went outside, and found him choking her, trying to kill her, and the baby." I said. He wrote it all down. "Thank you. I'll be sending this to the court." He said. They stuffed the guy in the back seat of the police car, and drove off. I picked up Laura bridal style, into the house, and I laid on the couch, and laid her on me. She was sobbing on my chest and I had my palms on the back of her head.

"Daddy. Is mommy okay?" Morgan asked. "She's fine." I said. "Are you sure?" She said. "Go to bed Morgan. Now." I said. "But-"

"I said Now!" I said sternly. She crossed her arms and made a mad face, and started walking upstairs, mumbling things. I looked back over at Laura, who was still crying. "Its okay babe. I'm here. I'm right here." I soothed her. Soon enough, she stopped crying, and I looked at her face. She was asleep. I carried her upstairs, and went to our room. I set her on our bed and kissed her head, and went to say good night to Morgan. I enter Morgans room, and hear her heavy unusual breathing, thanks to all the smoke that entered her lungs. I sighed and kissed her forehead, and exit her room. I went to Laura and I's room. I stripped into my boxers, and lay right next to Laura. I wasn't sleep at the moment, but I lay right next to her anyways, protecting her.
