OPHELIA'S POV:
Two weeks had passed since Elijah and I first met, and we have been inseparable ever since. I'm very thankful for him, if I'm being honest, making friends is not very easy, but he had a good heart and decided to try out a friendship between us two, seriously, bless his heart. We were now at my house listening to some of my records while talking about our aspirations for when we're older. I was in my bed while Elijah was on a coach that I had in my room.
"So, Little Eli, when am I going to meet these bandmates of yours? Were their names Romeo and Remy?" A very confused yet intrigued me asked.
"Oh my, Lia, it's Robert and Ryan, and if everything works out just fine you'll be able to meet them tomorrow. We have band practice." Said Elijah while laughing at my confusion.
"Hey! It's not funny, Eli! You know I'm not very good with names if I don't have a visual representation of them to accompany the name." I acted as if I was offended by Elijah's actions, just as I was in my act of pretending I was offended an idea surged through my mind,
"Hey, Little Eli, would you like to draw?! I've got some drawing materials that I've been dying to use ever since I bought them. Do you mind if we do that? We could still continue to talk, and listen to music but yea, let's at least do something." At that moment I just hoped he accepted drawing for a little while, I love doodling and drawing and just anything that has to do with creativity.

ELIJAH'S POV:
I seriously don't want to draw right now... but for the sake of my friend's happiness I'm going to say yes. "Sure, Lia. We can draw for a little while." I said with a smile on my face.
"AH YES!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!" Lia jumped from her bed all excited, she then gave me a hug, and went to grab the materials.
I honestly love making people happy, what can I say! "Anything for you Lili."
★ A DAY PASSES ★
THIRD PERSON POV:
It was finally the day Ophelia was waiting for, she was finally going to meet Elijah's band mates. Ophelia felt so nervous for the upcoming meeting. She was about to meet potential new friends! Of course she was going to be nervous about that. After all, Ophelia's only a 14 year old girl, she has to be her best self, not saying that she should stop being her true self, but making a good first impression is everything when meeting new people, especially if they're your friend's mates.
It was almost three o'clock when she started getting ready. She grabbed a blue and red striped spaghetti straps top with some shorts and a big black cardigan, she grabbed some Adidas, put on some mascara and lip gloss and she was ready to go.
As her friend's house wasn't that far she was there in no less than five minutes. She was so nervous to knock on the door, but she put on her big girl pants and did it anyway. After a few seconds, Elijah's mother, Ali, opened the door.
"Oh! Hello Mrs. Hewson!! Umm, I was just wondering where Elijah was. He, um, he told me to come over here today as he, and his mates, had band practice. Would you, like, know where to find him?" Asked Lia in the sweetest and most nervous voice ever.
"My dear girl, yes, I do know where he is! He's in the lounge, come here," Ali grabbed Ophelia by the hand, "I'll take you to him." She then helped the little girl get to the lounge in which his son and his mates were practicing. They suddenly approached the lounge. "Well, here I leave you Ophelia. Have a nice time with the boys." Ali gave Lia a little rub on the shoulder before letting her go.
"Hmm, hello, Eli." Said the girl once she approached the lounge area. "Lia, hey!" He said with a smile while giving her a warm hug. "Here, I'll present to you, Robert," she saw a boy with piercing blue eyes giving her a small wave and a warm smile. She returned the wave. "and here's Ryan." Ryan was most definitely the shy guy of the group, he gave Lia an awkward little wave. "Hi, Ophelia, it's very nice to finally meet you." Robert said. "You can call me Bobby if you'd like, most people call me that." The younger boy extended a hand for Ophelia to shake, which she accepted almost immediately.
"Nice to meet you too, Bobby!" Ophelia said as soon as she accepted the boy's hand.
"Hey, it's Ryan, nice to meet you." Said the other boy while sending her a nod and a wave.
"Very nice to meet you too, Ryan! Eli has told me lots about the band and how he enjoys it." Ophelia said with the most genuine smile while sitting on the couch.
"So, Ophelia, would you like something to drink? Water? Juice?" Eli asked her with the most interest in being a good host.
"I would like some water, yes, I'm good with water." The 14 year old girl responded.
"Ok, I will be right back." Eli left Lia with the two boys.
"Lia, do you mind if I call you that?" Asked Bobby. "No, not at all." responded Ophelia. "How old are you? I'm really interested in knowing that." Bobby said with a light laugh. Ryan nudged Robert in the ribs. An 'ouch' escaped from Robert's mouth. "You just don't ask a woman what their age is, Robert!" Ryan whispered just loud enough for his friend to hear, or so he thought. This made Ophelia's mouth leave a light chuckle.
"Oh, it's rather fine, Ryan. I'm 14." Lia responded to both of the youngins in front of her. Rob then said, "Look at that. She's your guy's age! Isn't this fantastic?!" This left the girl a bit confused.
"What do you mean? Are you younger or older?" Asked a very confused Ophelia. "I'm younger, Ophelia, but not by much, I'm just one year younger." Suddenly everything was made very clear, "OHHHH. Ok, wow, I thought we were all the same age, but hey, nothing against you, it just surprised me a bit."
A few moments pass and the three of them are caught making small talk.
Ophelia sees Elijah coming to the lounge with his hands full, so she decides to get up and help him. "Eli, you could've told me you needed some help and I would've helped you bring all this stuff, for God's sake." She laughs and grabs some of the things her friend brought from the kitchen.
"Didn't want to be a bother, you're the guest after all." Elijah replied, not once finding humour of how he might've looked carrying a bunch of things. "Anyways, I find that you guys are getting along. That's good. I like seeing my friends getting along just well." He really did like seeing that happen.
"I reckon we can start practicing now." Ryan said. "Yeah, you're right" Rob and Eli responded at the same time.
