Downhill Problem

After I met up with Rebecca, and she saw Nick, things didn't start out like I wanted them too.
I went up to Rebecca and we hugged like we normally do in the morning. But then she saw Nick. "Kristin!! How could you not tell me that you had a cute guy as your BF! You dirty little girl." Rebecca stated with a smirk. I looked at her and just smiled, holding back my mean words that I wanted to say back at her.
I looked at her with rage and friendship but still stated without letting out the hurtful words that I wanted say, "Rebecca this is Nick, a new person in the neighborhood. Nick this is Rebecca, my best friend." I looked at her and thought in my head Can I just hit her upside the head with a fucking metal pan? No, I wouldn't do that to her, we have been through everything together.
I looked at Nick and back to Rebecca, then go up to Nick and say "We are not dating, I don't like you, and she can be like this sometimes. Just try to get used to it." Nick looks at me, then at Rebecca. He walkes over to her and states a little to flirty, "I can so get used to this."
Was he just flirting with my best friends. Rebecca?!!!! I could not believe that he might, just might like Rebecca. This day just can't get any worse. I walk with Rebecca to our locker and whisper in her ear, "He was obviously flirting with you. How could you just let him do that when you have a boyfriend? You are so lucky that Luke was not standing there, watching you. That was crazy, he is very flirty, more with you then me."
Rebecca eyes me for a short second, then states "If and just if Luke was here, he would have punched that kids lights out. I would only have stopped Nick if he was going to kiss me. Was he going to? No! So I let him continue to flirt with me. I got this under control Kristin. Don't worry."
After this morning, I just kept on having the worst day ever. Luke and Rebecca got into a fight after school when Luke found out that Rebecca let Nick flirt with her. It was a very bad fight, and to my understanding, they may be breaking up soon. I hope not cause Rebecca was so happy all the time with Luke around. I think Rebecca wants to stay with Luke too, but Luke is very furious with her at the moment. What will happen next? Who knows.
