3rd POV:

Both teens looked at each other with wide eyes, as another pain filled scream could be heard from the the cave.

The pair of teens ran into the cave and found Tyler on the other side of a sturdy metal fence, writhing in pain, and her arm bend backwards.

"Tyler." The two spoke loudly enough for the she-wolf to hear them, as they tried not to startle her.

Tyler was panting and gasping for air and tried to ignore the unbearable pain of having her bones broken over and over.

Tyler looked up at Caroline and Jeremy in surprise, her entire body was covered in a thick layer of sweat.

"What are you doing here?" She asked them, once she had managed to catch her breath.

"We couldn't let you go through this alone, so here we are." Caroline gave Tyler an awkward smile.

Tyler was about to say something, when her arm twisted itself onto her back and the sound of bones being broken filled the cave.

"You have to go." Tyler spoke in a pain filled voice.

"We are not going anywhere." Jeremy said loud and clear.

More bones broke, as Tyler screamed in pain.

"You have to get out of here!"

"No! We are not leaving you, Tyler! You need us right now!" Caroline insisted as the two took a few steps closer to the werewolf.

The bone breaking stopped for a moment, as Tyler whimpered in pain and was sobbing with tearful eyes.

"You have to get out of here. I could hurt you." Tyler spoke with a soft voice that was filled with pain.

Tyler let out another painfull scream, making the vampire and the human flinch.

Tyler's scream died down, tears fell down her checks as she sobbed from the pain.

Jeremy walked over to the transforming werewolf, sat down next to her and hugged her from behind the best he could without hurting her.

Caroline made her way over to the two of them, and sat down in front of Tyler and gripped her hand in support.

"We are not going anywhere, Tyler." Caroline managed to get out, as she fought hard not to cry on Tyler's behalf.

"We'll stay right here with you. You are not alone." Jeremy said firmly as he carefully squeezed Tyler into a hug.

Tyler couldn't hold back her tears at her friends' words.

She sobbed as she squeezed Care's hand and lightly grabbed ahold of Jer's arm that was embracing her.

Another scream passed through the werewolf as her leg and arm bend themselves in an unnatural direction.

The vampire and the human flinch and tears filled their eyes.

More time passed. The minutes felt like hours. The breaking of the bones became more and more frequent, as Tyler sobbed and screamed in pain.

Care and Jer felt completely hopeless as they watched their best friend and sister scream in pain and agony.

The pack had to stop their search for their new alpha's missing imprint, as he broke down from the same amount of pain that Tyler was apparently going through.

Jake screamed and twisted his body, trying to do anything to make the pain go away.

Everyone, and reluctantly Jacob, somehow managed to agree to abandon their search for Tyler and take Jake back to Sam and Emily's, seeing as Charlie was still at Billy's.

Tyler finally caught a little break between the pain and agony, when she pointed towards her bag.

"The water in the bag, it has wolfsbane in it, it'll weaken my strength, please." Tyler managed to say, as Care got up and grabbed the water from the bag and handed it to Tyler, as Jer kept her in his arms, offering her as much comfort and support as he could.

Tyler tried to force some of the water down, but felt it burn as soon as it hit her lips. Tyler started gagging and spat out the water and she coughed heavily as she tried to catch her breath.

"Are you okay?" Care almost whispered.

"It's like battery acid going down my throat." Tyler finally said as soon as she could talk again.

Tyler knew that she had no choice, so she put the bottle back up to her lips and had to force some of the water down her throat.

As soon as she could, she pretty much dropped the bottle and started to cough and heave and gasping for breath.

For a few seconds, after Tyler had managed to stop coughing, she gasped and groaned in pain and started to claw at the chain around her neck.

"I can't breathe, it hurts." She sobbed and before anyone could do anything, the transformation started to speed up.

None of them were able to say or do anything, as Tyler twisted and turned, screaming, as her body began to change rapidly.

Care quickly grabbed Jeremy and the bag and rushed out of the cave and locked the gate and the wooden door, that was hidden by the cave, and care just managed to do all of those things, just before Tyler moved to attack the pair of them.

Care ran further into the forest, just to be safe, before she put Jer and the bag down on the ground and fell to her knees, sobbing.

Jeremy had tears falling from his eyes as he sat down next to Caroline, and pulled her into his arms.

Both crying in pain, despair and hopelessness, as they clung to each other in the dark quiet forest, as they waited for Tyler to turn back into a human.
