I felt like throwing up but I had to keep an eye on her from now on. I only remembered some of the parts of the evening at her place so I needed to make sure that she didn't go around telling how I was about to seduce her mother who is twice my age. Which I wasn't, but who knows what she thought of what I was doing!

I entered our Japanese classroom, the only class I got some peace and quiet for Ji-ah since she wasn't in the advanced class yet. Why wasn't it with every other class too? I would love to stay away from her as much as possible. I sat down at the back of the class, waiting for her to come, but she didn't show up to the first lesson. Maybe I should have woken her up earlier, she probably just slept in.

"Goodbye students, see you tomorrow!" Said Mr. Kim as I stormed out of the classroom to run away before Ji-ah could approach me. I turned left to go hide in the music classroom, but at the end of the hallway was Ji-ah laughing with her friends, and probably waiting for me to approach her. "Shit!" I quickly turned around and as fast as possible made my way downstairs.

"Oh god that was close," I panted as I got to the first floor.

There were a lot of people standing around the lockers so to avoid getting caught by Ji-ah's friends I made my way to the janitor's room and locked the door in case someone also wanted to come and hide here. Next lesson is math with Kim. Should I just stay here for the lesson, it's not like I'm going to learn anything anyway? Hopefully she doesn't spread any rumors in the meantime.

The door creaked open as I stepped out of the janitor's room and to my luck there were no teachers around to look for students who weren't in class. I exhaled from relief and slowly made my way up to the math class. There were still 10 minutes left until the end of the lesson, but I had to catch her before she could tell anything to her little friend.

"Yoongi! Why aren't you in math?" An ear scratching sound came from behind me. I slowly turned around and made a grimace that was supposed to be a smile. "Hi Ji-ah." She smiled at me, like she hadn't lied about her innocence and blamed everything on us. What a--

"I'm so sorry about yesterday!" she suddenly wept and bowed deeply to me. Well at least she realized that she's in the wrong.

She straightened up and looked at me with regret in her eyes. She feels empathy for others? "I tried telling the principal that it was all her doing and that you didn't do anything wrong, but she probably played the victim and-" "You don't have to explain yourself," I cut her off to save myself from listening to her half-assed lies. I guess people like you just have the privilege to lie, especially when your daddy is the principal of our school.

"I'm so glad that you believe me. I was worried for a second that you-." "Yeah so, shouldn't you be in class?" Ji-ah looked confused for a second, probably thinking, was I giving her a hint to leave me alone since I cut her off or I was just curious to know. "Oh you know Mr. Kim can be so annoying sometimes, so I just came to have some fresh air." She really thought that I was being nice to her? "You should get going now. I think that he'll come looking for you soon," I said to her while looking at my watch to make it look like she had been away from class for too long. "Oh yeah! I'll get going then. See you in the next lesson, right?" she asked me as she began to slowly walk backwards towards the class. I gave her a smile and nodded lightly. "Yes, see you later Ji-ah," I said, trying to sound as friendly as possible, to which she responded with a smile and ran to class.

As she entered the class my smile immediately dropped. Well that was awkward, I thought that she would get that I wasn't being friendly with her, but it doesn't matter. I shouldn't get myself into trouble anymore.
