I woke up and this time saw only familiar faces around me. "Hello miss, did you rest well?" Dr. Sang asked as he checked the monitors connected to me for one last time and then sat beside me.
"Yes I think I'm fine," I said, while slowly pushing myself up so I could lean my back against the wall. As I did it I also looked out the window only to see that it was already dark outside. "How long was I out for?" I asked Dr. Sang who sighed and slowly started removing heart and pulse monitors from me.
"The whole day, it's not bad, but also it came out of the blue and you passed out three times." "Three?" I yelled out to which the doctor nodded. "But I only remember two."
"Yes because right after the doctors were able to get you to breathe again and regain your consciousness, your heart stopped beating." "Oh," I answered, not knowing what to say. It's not like this hasn't happened before, but this time it was a lot more dangerous than the other times. I really could have died.
"I don't know who those doctors were who saved you nor do they have any records of where you were treated but to our luck, everything went fine and a day of bed rest you should be able to go on with your life," doctor Sang murmured as he was flipping through a caustic that I had seen in the other doctor's hands before. Why does it have to be blue? I whined in my head and then I remembered that once again Min-hu hadn't heard from me for the whole day.
"I have to go to school tomorrow," I exclaimed and got out of bed to get my things ready for school. "Hey, you mustn't move that soon," Dr. Sang said and gently pushed me back to my bed. "Your health is more important than school at the moment, go to sleep," he said, and before I could even feel anything he pulled a syringe out of me that he had injected me with and patted my head. "Sleep alright." "What?"
Before I could fight him I drifted off to sleep and as I woke up the sun was out. Shocked, I looked at the time on my alarm clock [7:03] and quickly got ready to head to school.
