(Note: This is an original chapter that I come up with. Did my best with the writing and context of the story. Hope you enjoy)

DEM's Japan branch. Tallest building in all of Tengu City. Mercenaries guarding the place, maximum security, highly advanced Bandersnatches, and a bunch of trained subjects all forced to serve under DEM's Managing Director. Armed DEM troops are seen training with their shooting accuracy and swordsmanship. Everything is like a chamber being forced to serve against their will.

But that's not the important part as this now focuses on Ellen Mathers walking alongside Corporal Tao, preparing to meet the Westcott in his office. The two then begin to discuss about their mission back on Arubi Island.

Tao: So what happened back there? Weren't you suppose to capture Warrior, if not, kill him?

Saying that in a somewhat uninterested voice, Ellen fired back in a serious but calm manner.

Ellen: I could ask you the same thing. It's you're duty to follow orders for Ike and yet you didn't do a simple task.

Tao: (sweat drops) Well.....um.....

Ellen: I figured. I don't know what's gotten into you.

Tao remembered when he was about to order his men to shoot the Male Spirit warrior, but couldn't. He knows he saw the human side of him.

Tao: What about you? This isn't like you as well. You almost had him....so what happened?

Ellen remembered when Y/N saved her from the falling rock and healed her wounds. Just then, she began to blush at the memory, which took notice by Tao as he realises what's going on.

Tao: No. Don't tell me you fall over heels for that boy.

Ellen: (blush nervously) N-no! He literally caught me off guard! He would have killed me!

Tao: (Sarcastic) Right. (Sincerely) Seriously, Mr Westcott will have both our heads if we tell him! The quicker he knows what happened, the better he might torture us.

Ellen: You're worried about that? Seriously? I know Ike. I serve him well throughout the years. So we have to start acting like we're always serve him for his purpose.

Tao: (sighs) Fine. But don't say I told you so.

They both arrived at Westcott's office. Ellen is the first to turn the doorknob to open the door. The room felt dark as a lion's den and reveals a silhouette of Westcott's chair.

Westcott: My friends.

They both turned to see Westcott at the side of the darkness of them, revealing himself in his dark business suit and white tie, and greyish-blonde hair with blue eyes as he gave friendly but in the inside, heartless smile.

Ellen: Ike.

Westcott: Hello, my dear Ellen. (Turns to Tao) And my loyal Corporal.

Tao: Sir......

Feeling the unpleasant atmosphere from Westcott, the latter begins to walk towards Ellen and Tao with his usual calm smile.

Westcott: So tell me. What exactly happened on the Island. You had Warrior and Berserk in our grasp. What made you unable to do so?

Tao: Nothing, sir.....um....that, well......

Westcott: Please, Corporal. Calm down. Just tell me what happened.

Tao: Well.....my men was about to take the shot on the Male Spirit, but something caught me off guard. He just shows this human side of him when talking with Berserk. We.......didn't take the shot......
