Eternal Love: A Montana and Elliot love story (Do revenge)

Elliots inner turmoil

Once class is over and done with, Elliot bids Montana farewell since their next class is different to each other which gives Elliot time to speak to Meghan about his confusing feelings and why he's feeling certain feelings. He knows Meghan will know because even at 7 years old, Meghan is a sucker for cute and lovey dovey stuff whereas Elliot doesn't understand any of the feelings he's currently having towards Montana. He waits for Meghan outside their classroom and they start walking towards their next lesson together which is Art. Elliot loves this lesson as he's creative and he loves being an artist. He looks over at Meghan and sighs, "I'm so confused about everything." She looks back over at him and frowns slightly and asks him what's the matter and he bows his head to the floor and stops walking for a second and whispers" I'm having these confusing thoughts towards Montana and I don't know how to feel about them and I don't know what the emotions and feelings towards her are." Meghan smiles again slightly and lifts his chin up so then he's looking directly at her "I know what you're feeling at the moment" He looks back at her just as confused and waiting for her patiently to expand and explain what she means. Meghan chuckles slightly and looks at Elliot again, "you're in love with Montana" Elliot looks in disbelief at Meghan and starts stuttering,"h h how c c can this b b be? I'm 7 I don't know the meaning of love" Meghan wraps her arms around him and says softly to him, "love doesn't know no age. You can be any age to fall in love with someone. Answer me this. When you're with her does it feel like it's only you and her? Like nothing else matters? When you're with her, are you constantly smiling and laughing? " Elliot nods to all the questions Meghan asked him and she chuckles again "you my friend are either crushing or you're in love with her" Elliot looks confused "how can I be in love with her when I'm only 7? At my age girls are supposed to have cooties yet here I am in love with one?" Meghan playfully punches Elliots shoulder "Firstly, I resent that. Secondly, you're friends with two girls and never once felt we had cooties so sometimes things can be different. Every person is different and some people are more advanced with things like this than others no matter what age you're at." Elliot rubs his shoulder where Meghan punched him and smiles shyly "sorry for saying girls are supposed to have cooties. I just don't understand any of the feelings I'm currently having" Meghan smiles and gives Elliot a hug and whispers "it will be okay. Maybe tell Montana how you're feeling now you have a better understanding of your emotions?" Elliot looks back at Meghan and shakes his head vigorously" you know I can't do that. We don't even know if she feels the same plus again we are still so young so I don't wanna push her away by burdening her with my feelings and emotions when she may not understand these emotions herself" Meghan laughs " look you never know. She may surprise you. Montana is very smart deep down and she may be more advanced with that love department than you think. Sometimes girls are more advanced when it comes to love and those feelings than guys are. She may surprise you." Elliot sits down in his chair and sighs, "I am scared I am going to lose her if I open up though . What if I chase her away? What if she doesn't wanna be friends with me anymore because she feels that my feelings will get in the way of our friendship? " Meghan puts her hand on Elliots in a way to comfort him," trust me, she isn't going to run away from you. Even if she didn't have the same feelings , she will still find it cute. No matter what girls always find things like that cute and yes she's young as we all are but sometimes people our age can know more about love than some adults because we pay close attention as kids and get easily fascinated by things. You will never know unless you speak your mind and speak to her. Try and not to overthink things as that doesn't help anything. Things will work out" After that Elliot couldn't reply anymore to what Meghan had just told him because their teacher Mrs Hammond walked in ready to start the lesson but he let Meghan's words sink in to his mind about Montana probably knowing more about love and feelings than what he thinks. Meghan's words keep repeating in his mind whilst he does his work and as he finishes his school work, the bell then rings signalling it's the end of class and time for break time.

By the time they walk outside of their classroom,Montana is there already waiting for them and smiles when she sees them approach her. This has become a routine that the three of them meet after their classes so then they can go to break or lunch together. Elliot replays everything that he and Meghan discussed whilst in Art and he looks down at the picture he drew in art class. It's a picture of Montana that he drew and he quickly puts it in his bag. He knows he has to confess how he feels towards Montana but he doesn't know if it's going to ruin things but like Meghan said, he will never knows unless he tries right? He knows he has to atleast get how he feels off his chest to Montana but is it worth it to risk the friendship that they have? He looks over at Montana speaking with Meghan and laughing and he smiles at hearing her laugh. How he would do anything to keep making her laugh the way she does and keep her smiling. He looks back down the hallway as they walk to break and thinks of the picture he drew for her that's in his backpack and sighs quietly . He knows this is something he has to do so it's not weighing on his mind. The question is, how is Montana going to react? That's his only fear is losing her and he's scared confessing is going to push her away because he values her friendship more than anything. It's make or break in Elliots eyes . He has decided that he will confess his feelings to her when he can speak to her alone during their break time.

Montana notices Elliot is quiet and asks him if he's okay and he looks back at her and gives her that half smile that she loves and nods his head whilst his curly hair bounces and the light gleams off them. Meghan gives Elliot a knowing look discreetly as if to say to tell her what's on his mind . Elliot then looks at Montana and stops them from walking after they reach their spot where they normally hang out and looks directly in her eyes, "Actually I have something to confess to you and I don't know how you're going to react..."

Dun dun dun. A cliffhanger??? How will Montana react when Elliot tells her? How will Elliot react whilst he's telling her? You will have to find out in the next chapter.
