Ghost and soap had a great evening planned out. They were going to go out to a bar, have a few drinks, and just enjoy the night.

But as soon as they walked in, they could feel the stares. People were looking at soap and it made ghost uncomfortable. He knew why they were looking at soap, because of his female body.

Soap was transgender, but had only had too surgery, not bottom surgery yet. Ghost knew that people could be cruel and judging, but he never expected it to be like this. He was angry, but he also knew he couldn't do anything about it.

Soap seemed unfazed by the stares. He smiled and continued to the bar, not letting anything bother him.

As the night went on, ghost noticed that soap was getting more and more uncomfortable. He could tell he was trying to ignore the stares, but it was getting harder..

Finally, ghost had had enough and he grabbed soap's hand and said "Let's go."

Soap nodded and they left the bar, relieved to be in a place where they didn't have to worry about being judged.

On the way home, ghost held soap's hand and said, "I'm sorry that happened. I promise no matter what, I'll always be here for you."

Soap smiled and said, "thanks, ghost. That means a lot."

From that day on, ghost and soap were even closer than before, and they never had to worry about stares or judgment again.

Panic attack

The base was eerily quiet. Ghost had been sent on a mission that was supposed to take a few hours, but it had been nearly a day. As he crept in, he heard a strange noice coming from the back of the room. It sounded like someone was crying which was odd.

He made his way to the source of the noise and found soap, his boyfriend, having a full-blown panic attack. Ghost had never seen soap like this before. He was usually calm and in control, but there he was, curled up in the corner, shaking and sobbing.

Ghost sat down beside soap and asked him what was wrong. Soap explained that he had been having nightmares about the mission and was terrified that something bad had happened to ghost. He had been so worried that he couldn't sleep and was just waiting for ghost to come back.

Ghost reassured soap that he was safe and that everything was going to be okay. He explained that he had been delayed due to the mission taking longer than expected, and that he was now back and safe. He told soap to take a few deep breaths and try to relax.

Gradually, soap began to calm down. He thanked ghost for being there and for understanding. Ghost smiled and gave soap a hug and a kiss on the head. He knew his partner was going to be okay.

Therapy

After soap had had his panic attack, he was never quite the same. His friends noticed that he was quieter than normal and rarely spoke up in conversation. He was always so full of like before, but now he felt like a shell of himself.

When his friends asked him what was wrong, he could never find the right words to explain how he was feeling. He knew he needed help, but he was to embarrassed to talk to anyone about it. Instead, he kept his struggles to himself and tried to hide them away.

One day, soap's friends noticed that he had been particularly quiet and decided to take him out to get ice cream. It was something they used to do together all the time and it seemed like it might help him open up.

At the ice cream shop, soap slowly began to relax and open up about his struggles. He shared about the panic attack he had and how it had changed his life. His friends listened intently and offered him comfort and support.

With the help of his friends, soap was gradually able to start processing his feelings and find ways to cope with them. He was able to find a therapist that he felt comfortable talking to and he started to feel more like himself again.

Although soap was still quieter than he used to be, he was no longer completely shut off. He was able to find ways to open up and talk to his friends about his feelings and experiences.

It was a long journey, but eventually soap was able to more past his panic attack and find a new normal. He was still quieter than before, but he was able to find joy in the small moments and appreciate life on a new way.
