CHAPTER 56: CHANGE OF PLANS

Yuki's POV

January 27, 2021 (Wednesday)- 10:07 pm @Ishikawa's Residence in Tokyo

I then got up from my bed then exited my bedroom and then;

Mayu: YAAA!

Yuki: YAAA!

My sister and I were both shocked as if we saw a ghost.

Yuki: Why were you so shocked at me?

Mayu: Because I thought you were a ghost. Why were you so shocked at seeing me?!

Yuki: I was shocked because you were shocked at first , wait, how do I look like a ghost to you?!

Mayu: Well, aren't you always looking like one?

She said while chuckling. This little sister of mine. I swear she has always been making fun of me. Unlike me who doesn't make fun of her... Maybe I make fun of her sometimes... OKAY I make fun of her always but that isn't the point here.

We then made our way downstairs and then my sister began to refill her water bottle while I also got a glass of water after her. I then prepared some snacks and some fruit juices and I then smiled as I began to remember the fruit juice that I drank a while ago in the Technologent Enterprises Building.

Mayu: Earth to Yuki, hello??

Yuki: Ah what is it?

Mayu: Woah sugoi (amazing), I never thought I would see you spaced out.

She said as she chuckled

Yuki: Quit teasing me, what are you asking?

I said chuckling as well.

Mayu: I was asking if you are having guests over since you brought out a lot of food.

Yuki: Ah Yeah, Yuji and Ran would be coming over, they said they would tell me something important.

Mayu: Really? Well then goodnight Yuki-nii

Yuki: Good night as well imouto (younger sister).

As I watched Mayu go upstairs I then began to prepare some snacks for Yuji and Ran.

I then started waiting for them outside of my house and then a few minutes later I saw Yuji's car. I then waved at them and pointed to where they would park the car. I then approached them and Ran started to greet me first. Followed by Yuji.

Yuki: Let us go inside quickly, it's too cold out here.

Yuji & Ran: Hai. (Yes.)

Then we began to take off our shoes and entered the house. I ushered them to the living room.

Yuji: Yuki-san, your house is as neat as always. By the way, is Mrs. and Mr. Ishikawa here?

Yuki: Ah no they are both in Aichi but they will be visiting here next week.

Yuji: Ahh I see. 

Yuki: Anyway what is it you are about to tell me?

Yuji's POV

Ran and I glanced at each other first, quietly fighting over who would start first. Yuki-san then noticed this and he began to clear his throat which made us look at him.

Yuki: Ran you start first.

I saw Ran's eyes widen and that made me laugh quietly.

Ran: It's about earlier, we had dinner with her and she toured us around the house and when we are at the rooftop she asks us about our opinion on revenge.

I then saw Yuki's eyes widened, he looked like he couldn't believe what he just heard.

Yuki: Revenge?

Ran: Yeah...

Yuki: Is she planning revenge on her brothers?

Yuji: We asked her about that but she said no and it just came out of the blue.

Yuki: I see...

Yuki-san said with a sad expression.

Yuki: she is definitely planning to take her revenge against her brothers. She isn't the type of person who will just say things out of the blue.

Ran: That is exactly what Yuji-san and I were thinking. And plus I have a feeling that she would take revenge alone because it seems that she hasn't told anyone yet.

Yuji: And that is why Ran and I are worried that she would execute her revenge alone. So we decided that the Ryujin Nippon should be close to her as soon as possible to have an excuse to be close to her at all times and hopefully she would tell us about her plan.

Yuki: But by telling the team, would mean you would be breaking Miyuki's trust. If she would know about what we are up to.

Ran: Exactly, but we are ready to take the risk if it means to guarantee Miyuki's safety and would make her realize that she is not alone.

Yuji: What Ran-san said.

Yuki: I see then why did you tell me first?

Ran: Eto... (Umm..)

Yuji: I think that we could talk about it here with everyone here in your house Yuki-san. Since we couldn't think of any place that is very secluded. And plus we would be going to the MK's Palace at around 1 pm so we have time to discuss it here.

I said as I maintained eye contact at Yuki-san.

Yuki: I see then I'll tell everyone to meet here at my house at around 9 am to talk about our plan.

Ran & Yuki: Hai (Yes), Arigatou Gozaimasu (Thank you very much), Yuki-san

Yuki: Iie (No), I should be thanking you for telling me this.

Yuji & Ran: Hai. (Yes)

We then chatted for a bit and it was already around 11' o'clock, Ran and I bid farewell to Yuki-san and I drove off.

After I dropped off Ran at his dorm and I began to drive to my condominium.

As soon as I changed into comfortable wear I hit the bed and immediately went fast asleep.
