CHAPTER 24: A DAY IN A LIFE OF MIYUKI

Mayu Ishikawa's POV

January 25, 2021 (Monday)- 8:43 pm @Ishikawa's Residence

I was about to get water downstairs but then I heard that my brother was talking to someone on his phone, maybe his teammates. At first I shrugged it off but then a second later I heard they mentioned Miyuki Ikuya's name. My eyes went wide opened and I immediately barged in to my big brothers' room

At first he was surprised and then said:

Yuki: Don't you know the word knock?

Mayu: Nope. I heard Miyuki Ikuya's name, what's it about?

Yuji: it's that your sister?

Yuki turned his phone to me, I waved and then asked

Mayu: Did you meet Miyuki Ikuya?

They were all silent but after a few moment they grinned

Mayu: Yaaa! (Hey!) You did not tell me Yuki-niisan

Yuki: We did not know at first either, it seemed it was fate.

He said with a grin on his face.

Mayu: WAAH you guys are so lucky!

Yamamoto: What's even better it's that we are going to train at MK's palace, the gym where Miyu-chan trains her archery.

Mayu: MK's Palace I think that is also where we are going to train, but Miyu-chan?!

Yuki: Oh that is Miyuki's nickname, she gave us permission to call her that

He sneakily grinned at me

Mayu: That's unfair!!

I can hear them laugh from the other side of the screen

Tomohiro: Yuki just told you it was just fate, there's nothing unfair about it

My eyebrows twitched at how cheeky they are to meet Miyuki today. Just you wait, my team and I are going to get to know Miyuki also.

Miyu's POV

I then woke up to my alarm. It's around 6:00 in the morning and I got up from my bed and went to take a shower. After I chose what clothes I would wear for today's class I then got dressed and headed straight to the dining table.

You are probably wondering why I am starting my school week at Tuesday. Well, I do homeschool but instead I go to the teacher's office, it's like a mix of cramming school and homeschool. My class schedule is from 8:00 am-12:00nn. Ever since I started to join more competitions I decided to leave my previous school and just go to homeschool. I don't feel lonely at all because I like being alone. Having two best friends is enough to keep me company.

After I ate breakfast I went to my room to get my backpack, but then Kambe Daisuke called me.

I was surprised at what Daisuke told me but later on I smiled.

Daisuke: So are you still going to proceed with the plan?

Miyu: Yes, but don't tell anyone, got it?

Daisuke: Hai (Yes), got it.

After I ended the call, I slightly smirked and thought to myself that this would be interesting. I snapped back from my thoughts when I heard the car beeps. I quickly grabbed my things and ran toward our house entrance. I then saw my parents inside the car waiting for me.

Sorry mom and dad for keeping something from you. I promise I will explain everything to you when my plan works. I thought to myself and then entered the car.

As we arrived at the building's entrance I kissed my parents on the cheeks and headed out of the car. I waved goodbye at them one last time and entered the building. I greeted the staff there and headed to my assigned room.

As I entered the assigned room it was empty, I guess Sugawara-sensei isn't here. Sugawara Koshi, is my sensei in Science, Mathematics, and Japanese. Those are the 3 subjects for today and for tomorrow. Thursday are my other minor subjects.

While I was scrolling my phone Sugawara sensei entered the room and greeted me with a bright smile. He is always so kind to me that is why he is one of the few people I trust. After I greeted him I sat on my table and he began his lecture.

Miyu's POV

After Sugawara sensei finished the lessons for today, he only gave me homeworks for my science and math subject. He asked me also if we could eat lunch together and I agreed because we frequently do that after my classes. We decided to go to a ramen shop which is only 5 minutes walk from the building.

We started walking in silence then Sugawara sensei asked:

Sugawara: So how are you today, Miyu-chan?

Miyu: same as usual I'm okay

I answered respectfully

Sugawara: That's nice to hear, by the way how is your competition?

Miyu: Ah , the qualifiers for the Japan archery are going to be held in the second week of march. I hope you can watch my game Koushi-san

I call him 'koushi-san' whenever we are outside of the building. Because I treat him like my family.

As we were walking I heard someone call my name.

Unknown person 1: Miyu-chan is that you?

I turned around to see who it is and it was Yuji-san along with Ran-san and Yuki-san

Miyu: Ah, Yuji-san, yuki-san and Ran-san Konnichiwa

I bowed as they did the same

Yuki: What are you doing out here Miyu-chan?

Miyu: I am going to get lunch with my sensei. His name is Sugawara Koushi, and Koushi-san, here are some of the team members of Ryujin Nippon.

Sugawara: Konnichiwa minna, I know you guys as I have watched your games. It's an honor to meet you.

As they exchanged greetings with Koushi-san. He suddenly spoke

Koushi: Have you eaten lunch yet?
