7 years later~

It was a cold morning of winter days. Everyone clad in thick jackets as they rushed to their office or school. The cold breeze of air making everyone shiver.

Despite of the coldness outside, a beautiful soul was sleeping in his room covered in a blanket when the soft rays of sun peered from the slightly open window. He squinted his eyes to stop the sunlight as he rolled over the other side. Diving into sleep again when he heard a series of knock on his door.

Groaning slightly he answered. "Nobody's at home. Please drop by tomorrow." As he again tried to sleep but the knocking didn't stop. Angrily, he threw the blanket from above him as he first went to check the room beside him and didn't found anyone. He sighed big when the knocking didn't stop at they all started to murder the door.

With loud steps, more like stomping, he went to the door and swing it open. "Are guys dying or what?" His question was ignored when the three annoying people just entered and plopped in his clean couch.

"Mom!!" He was startled when Ni-Ki hugged him tightly. "Yah! Stop calling me that. People will misunderstand." He said, shrugging the gaint baby off as he sat down beside the two cute people. Ni-Ki following him.

"Do you think I care? I'm calling you that and nobody can stop me." Ni-Ki replied sassily.

"Nishimura, stop getting on Jake hyung's nerves." Jungwon, the most mature one said pulling onto Ni-Ki's ear. Jake just shaked his head as he turned to the one sitting and laughing silently.

"Sunoo, where's that penguin?"

"I don't know. Must be in his Antarctica." Sunoo replied as all them started to laugh. Just then, the door flew open. Sunghoon standing there with alot of packed food and beverages.

"On the name, the devil's here." Jake rolled his eyes and took the bag of foods to prepare them on plates. "Yahh! I'm older than you. So treat me like one!" Sunghoon shouted from the living room and jake could tell he was pouting.

"Then behave like one, hoonie~" Jake teased again. He was blessed to have friends like this.

After that one night with heeseung where he expressed his feelings, kissed his hyung and ran away, he thought he would be forever alone but then, he met sunoo who was a semester behind him and graduated a year after him.

Jungwon was in 9th grade but he knew sunoo from before so they became friends. Sunghoon came half a semester later as senior due to his scholarship of ice skating. Sunghoon was the oldest one there, so when jake was still studying, sunghoon graduated and got into college. Now he's going to be the CEO of his company.

In Ni-Ki's case, it was not that good. He was once going to the countryside to free his mind from unwanted thoughts when he saw an accident happening right infront of his eyes. He rushed to the car to check if they were okay or not but sadly, the parents were badly injured but the child was fine. He just fainted because of fear.

He called the ambulance as soon as possible and the family were taken away to the hospital. The parents didn't made it and he was worried about the child. So he decided to be his godfather and took care of Ni-Ki like his own son from that day onwards. He was living alone in his flat anyways, so Ni-Ki started to live with him.

As Ni-Ki grew older, he understood what happend and accepted what happend back then so he also started to call jake mom whenever they were alone or with their friends. Because Ni-Ki always thought jake was more like a mom than a father. He never even let someone talk to jake. Possessive much.

"Mom! What's taking you so long? Come back fast! Your son his hungry." Jake wiped the lone tear that somehow fell from his eyes as he took the tray full of food and went back there.

"You guys be sitting there and need everything in your mouth. I'm not your maid or something." Now this was the time everyone was scared of Jake. They all sat up straight as jungwon made some space for Jake. They can't anger the already angry mom now, can they?

All five of them ate while bickering to each other and laughing. It was weekend so everyone had a day off and basically, it was a second home for all of them. Whenever they would feel bored, just need parents permission and boom, it's a sleep over. It was no different today.

"Sunghoon hyung. Your brother is coming next week, right?" Jungwon asked once they were done eating. Sunoo went to help jake in washing the dishes.

Sunghoon nodded as he replied, "yes. Maybe? I don't know." He shrugged but gasped loudly when he remembered something.

"Guys! We need to go shopping!!" He jolted from his seat. Jake and sunoo came running from the kitchen while jungwon looked at him bored. It was nothing new. Sunghoon always tend to forget about important things.

"Let me guess. You forgot to shop for our outfits for the party, right?" Ni-Ki, who was busy playing game until now asked as he kept his phone aside. Sunghoon nodded timidly while he grabbed his head with both of his hand.

"It's okay hyung. We can go now. Right guys?" Sunoo tried to calm the older down by patting his shoulder who perked up at the idea and looked at everyone with pleading eyes. They stared at eachother before releasing a sigh in sync.

Jake went to change his clothes as he was still in a hoodie and shorts. All four of them waited patiently to come out. While waiting, they decided the color for the outfits and went with maroon. Only sunghoon will wear a suit though. All of them will wear casual but the colour will be matching.

Jake came back with dressed in a long coat and turtleneck paired with jeans and they went to shopping. Needless to say, it was a great time for all the friends. They really enjoyed themselves.

But jake didn't knew there was a storm coming his way.
