chapter 3: little secrets

Later that night Shigarki sat in his room. And everyone else was out in the bar.

" Watch this." Twice said. Twice blew out rings of smoke out of his mouth with his cigarette slowly burning. Toga watches in amazement.

" Hey everyone." Hawks walked through the door of the building. " What are we doing here?"

" Twice is showing us smoke tricks." Toga beamed.

" Smoke tricks? Eh, Here let me." Hawks said take the lit cigarette. Hawks drew a few puffs of the cigarette then blew out of his nose and mouth at the same time.

" Wow!✨" Toga watched." What's it called?"

" It's called the Dragon. Dabi taught me how." Hawks drew a few more puffs before handing it back to Twice. " Hawks I didn't know you smoked." Twice exclaimed.

" Nah, I never did but dabi got me doin it now. Not as bad as you guys. Ya know me being a hero and all, looks bad." Hawks sat on the couch. Dabi stood in front of Shigarki's room door hesitating to knock.

" Hey Shiggy. Can I come in?" He finally spoke.

" Yeah, come in." Shigarki spoke on the other side of the door.Dabi could hear him coughing up more flowers. It was getting worse. Dabi slowly opened the door. Shigarki's room was still messy but maybe he liked it that way.Dabi sat next to him.

" Hey Boss,about the flowers. Fire lilies, it has to be someone with a fire quirk right? They said it was either me or... Endeavor." Dabi cringed at the name." Tell me Shiggy It can't be Endeavor... Shiggy, is it me?" Dabi asked.Shigarki's eyes widened.There was a long silence between the two. Shigarki looked down at the floor before answering.

"Y-" Shigarki was cut off by a loud thud.

" Boss, Dabi, come quick." Mr.Compress panicked. The three ran out to the bar area. Toga lay on the floor. Dabi nelt down and checked her pulse.

" She's alive! Just knocked out." Dabi reported. Twice stood facing Toga.

" How could you!...what was that?....She got too close to what we were supposed to do?.... What the fuck man, shes your friend....I dont known what happened." Twice fought with himself.

" Compress, what happened?" Shigaraki asked, holding back the flowers in his throat.

" Twice, he has multiple personality disorder. Which means he can be a different person at any given time." Mr.Compress explained.

" Twice,it's ok you didn't kill her. What happened?" Shiggarki asked.

" I-I don't know I was fine. We were sitting her playing cards and all of a sudden I changed, and I hit Toga." Twice said with small tears. Hawks now stood up from the couch.

" Hey Bird for brains, what are you doing?" Shigarki asked.

" I feel like she'll jump up and attack me like she did last year on my birthday."

" Come on Hawks hurry up." Toga called from the door of the restaurant.

" Ssshh!" Dabi hushed."Remember he's a hero, we're villains."

" I'm coming,Jeez, A guy cant get his food-" Hawks said walking over to the rest of the group.

" What's wrong?" Toga asked, taking a bite of her fried chicken.

" Toga, I told you not to get that. Think of the man's life. He's had it as hard as any of us. Think about his feelings." Twice said, holding his beef fried rice with sushi.

" Oh I know, but do I care? No." She said plainly. Hawks jumped up in the air, just above their heads.

" She's gonna cook me!" He exclaimed. Toga turned and skipped off to the van.

" Hawks, she's not gonna eat you. If she were to eat anyone she would have done it by now." Dabi smirked.Togas eyes started to open.

" Toga!" Twice said happily as he hugged her. "I'm so sorry."

" What? Can someone tell me what's going on?" Toga asked, confused.

" Just nevermind that. It's getting late. I'm going to bed." Shigarki said in a tired voice as he turned.
