"I can't believe you came with me," Robin chuckled. "Me neither..." Faye groaned. "You can always turn back," Robin said. Faye turned to look behind her; the city was entirely out of sight now, "Nuh-uh," she shook her head. Robin giggled. Robin ran her fingers along the rugged rocks as they walked along. "Do you have any idea what the place will look like?" Faye questioned. Robin shook her head back and forth. Robin suddenly slammed her foot into a single brick lying on the ground. "Ow!" she yelled, pulling her foot into her hands and leaning back onto one of the tall rocks. "Are you okay?" Faye queried as she rushed toward Robin. "Yeah, yup, all good," she groaned, then rested her foot on the ground. Faye picked up the brick with ease. "Stupid brick!" she grunted as she tossed it ahead. Robin snorted, and she picked up a second brick on the ground, with less ease than Faye, and threw it almost immediately in front of her.
"Yeah! Dumb bricks!" Both girls giggled together as they faced each other. "Wait..." Robin huffed abruptly, quitting her laughter. "Where did those bricks come from?" she questioned. Faye shrugged, and the girls walked toward where Faye's brick had landed. They turned a corner around a wall of spiky rocks, and both gasped. Rubble of brick townhouses sprawled across the ground, identical to the look of the townhouses they had seen earlier. All the walls had tumbled down, and the only recognizable structure was the bases with their brick and concrete steps, intact with rusting black metal railings along the sides. A metal nameplate rested under a thin layer of dust by Robin's feet. She picked it up and dusted it off to examine it "1812 Golliwood Court..." she read. The sign was black like the railings, but the numbers, letters, and trim were made of gold.
Faye leaned over Robin's shoulder to look at the sign. "Looks like some fancy pants lived here," she joked. Robin nodded and put the sign down. "Do you have anything to like, write with?" Robin asked Faye. Faye shook her head back and forth. "No," she stated. Robin dug around in the rubble and suddenly lifted something out of a pile of dust. "Yes!" Robin cheered. "Charcoal!" she pushed the small black charcoal in front of Faye's face. "Mhm... burnt wood, exciting..?" she said sarcastically. "I can use this to write down the address. Maybe it's important," Robin stated, then kneeled on the ground in front of the sign and pulled out the poster to write on the clean back of it. "1-8-1-2..." she spoke as she wrote, "Golli-wood Co-urt... There!" she exclaimed. "Wait. Flip the poster over," Faye said. Robin did so and looked down at the address. Faye kneeled beside her and read the address out loud "1812 Golliwood court...."
