We are pleased to announce that four new actors have joined the show. Courtney Clarke, Sophie Colquhoun, and Barney Walsh have been cast as guest characters, with their characters first appearing in the third week of the show. The three characters will not play university students, as the show branches out to other locations within Daffodil Bay.
The trio will play a performing group from Hill Wood Holiday Park. It seems that one or more will be playing Evelyn's stalker.
It has also been announced that Jensen Ackles has been cast as a regular character and will play a university lecturer. It is unknown when his first episodes will air.
Full character details can be found below.
Samuel Anderson - Played by Jenson Ackles - 33 Years Old - American
Sam is a lecturer at the university teaching engineering. He's said to be in his second year of teaching at the university and he doesn't seem to enjoy the job very much. Not much has been released about Sam's character, but it does seem that he's a man of little luck who always ends up in unfortunate situations. He's said to be cheeky and confident on the surface, but avoidant and misjudged.Caitlin Cassidy - Played by Sophie Colquhoun - 28 Years Old - English
Caitlin is an easily-disliked, posh girl with mountains of charisma. She is very well-spoken and attended a private school when growing up. She is known to look down on people and gets into tantrums when she doesn't get her own way. Caitlin is a dancer for the performance group, 'The Daffodils' who perform at the local holiday park. She considers herself the lead performer and is talented in singing, acting, and dancing. Caitlin lives on-site at the holiday park in a caravan with Tay Hawkins. The holiday park can be found at the very end of Daffodil Bay, leading to the next beach over. To survive in the small beach town, Caitlin is going to need to learn to let others get their way now and again.Tay Hawkins - Played by Courtney Clarke - 25 Years Old - Welsh
Realistically, Tay is the best dancer in the performing group 'The Daffodils' but she would never admit it, at risk of upsetting her roommate, Caitlin. Tay is a bit of a wild child. When she isn't performing, she is usually seeking out a party. Her energy is never-ending and she's always on the go. Tay comes from a very large household so she is used to having to be loud to be heard. Maybe that's why she's one of the few people who can put up with Caitlin. Tay is one of the few residents living in Daffodil Bay who has not been to university. Instead, she studied performing arts at college. Working at a holiday park had always been her dream and she never wants it to end.Max Blake - Played by Barney Walsh - 23 Years Old - English
Max is easy-going and always tries to bring some humour to every situation, even when it may seem a little inappropriate. He has a mind that doesn't really work, so everything comes out of his mouth before he's had a chance to think about whether or not it needs to be said. Despite being a cheeky-chappy, Max has a bit of a hard past. Whilst he was completing his college A-Levels, his younger brother, Mason was killed in an accident at a theme park. Unable to deal with it, Max dropped out of college. Without anything to show for himself, it was difficult for him to find a job. Luckily, his comedic and performance skills paid off and he got himself a job at Hill Wood Holiday Park. Like the two girls, he also lives on-site in a caravan but can frequently be seen wandering the beach town in his time off.Updated Cast List:
