Hey guys short chapter today
Jaune was with Team RWBY in Haven trying to figure out what the hell had happened since student are getting seriously hurt on mission. They have been there for a few days trying to find the traitors, and they were still no closer to figuring it out than when he got here. It wasn't like anyone knew what to do about it either;
Ruby groaned as she kicked a piece of stick
"Are you sure their a traitor?" Weiss asked. "I mean, we've all seen any person that look suspicious not be a traitor."
Yang snorted loudly before replying. She leaned back against the wall as Jaune looked at the crowd
"As much as I want to leave. I need answer I need to know...why the huntsman and huntress suddenly in Mistral starting to decline. It already suspicious after Angela death" Jaune said
" He right we can't just sit around doing nothing!" Yang shouted
"But we searched all of the possible suspect! We even checked with other kingdoms to see if anything similar is happening there too," Ruby replied while looking down on her scroll
They continued talking until one of them finally came up with an idea
"What about the headmaster." Jaune said as Weiss looked at him confused
"...He's the headmaster so why would he betray us?" Weiss questioned
"I notice him acting strange. Maybe because he knows something but don't want to tell us or maybe he really isn't who he claim to be. If he betrayed us I mean seriously Angela was assigned a mission from himself" Jaune argued
"Well..." Weiss said as Ruby looked at them "We should talk to him first before going further. Just to make sure everything goes smoothly."
After everyone agreed, they headed towards the main building where Lionheart is until Jaune heard something as he shushed Team RWBY as he looked into the room as Weiss and Ruby also looked with Jaune as they see Lionheart with a Seer grimm talking to Salem
"What is the status of my grandson Jaune Arc." Salem asked
"The boy is very strong. He is way to strong and has now control of his grimm side. You won't be able to command him" Lionheart answered as Salem frowned at this
"Is there any personal information that will help me understand how he became like this? What did happen to him to gain other abilities called quirks?" Salem demanded as Lionheart
"Apparently Ozpin told us that their a world called Earth where people have these powers. That's why your grandchild is different than normal students at Beacon Academy. I have no idea how to get to that world." Lionhead explained
Jaune and Team RWBY hearing this are shocked by the fact that Lionheart doesn't know anything about the worlds outside of Remnant. But then again, its a good thing only Ozpin didn't reveal the world merging
"Another World huh?" Salem murmured under her breath as she thought over everything
"Yes. The problem is I can't find out anything else. There's no record of a world named Earth in the records of the academies" Lionheart said sadly
Salem sighed "Very well our focus is to capture my grandson"
Lionheart nodded before saying "Do you want me to go retrieve him?"
"No. Let me send someone instead" Salem ordered as she walked away without waiting for a response
"Wait...!" Lionheart shouted as Salem disappeared into thin air leaving behind a large shadow which slowly fade as the last bits disappear
"So what do we do next?" Yang asked as Jaune eyes glow his grimm eyes appearing making Ruby, Weiss, Blake, and Yang gulped knowing he definitely pissed off now
"First we are going to take care of Lionheart. Then we warned Ozpin about Salem knowing about quirks" Jaune said as the girls nodded as he loaded his gun as he kicked the door terrifying the man
"LIONHEART YOU DAMM TRAITOR!!!!" Jaune roared as he pointed the pistol at Lionheart's face as he saw the fear in his eyes as he felt anger burning inside of him
"Please stop!" Lionheart pleaded as Jaune took aim at his head
"NO!!" Jaune screamed as he fired the bullet hitting the wall beside him causing dust to fall down onto his head
"Why?!" Lionheart cried out as he fell on his knees holding his head as blood started pouring down his forehead as he tried to stand up
"You betrayed us. How could you." Weiss asked the headmaster
"I'm sorry. Please forgive me..." Lionheart begged as he held his hands together as he kneeled on the ground as tears streamed down his cheeks
Weiss shook her head as she grabbed the collar of Lionhearts shirt as Ruby stepped forward and punched him hard in the stomach knocking the wind out of him.
"How dare you?! You're suppose to protect us! Not betraying us!" Ruby yelled angrily
Blake appeared next to him as she slapped him across the cheek sending him flying backwards and landing on top of a shelf as he quickly pushed himself off of the shelf as he barely stood up as Yang grabbed him
"Take this you damm traitor." Yang said as she used her weapon Ember Celica shooting him in the dick as he yelp in pain as he falls back onto the floor clutching his groin as she countinued berated him
"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE IS UNFORGIVABLE!!!" Yang shouted "YOU KILLED SO MANY INNOCENT!!! I BEAT YOU EVEN KILLED JAUNE CHILDHOOD FRIEND!!!"
"I had no choice" Lionheart stammered as he covered his crotch as he looked at them " For the survival of Mistral and Vacuo." Lionheart said as Jaune slammed him
"MY FRIEND DIED BECAUSE OF YOU AND YOUR LIES!! SHE TRUSTED YOU FUCKING BASTARD!!!I LOST MY BEST FRIEND!! Jaune shouted as he kicked him repeatedly in the chest
"Please....you have to.." Lioneheart was punch again by Jaune
"FUCK OFF WITH YOUR SORRY!!!" Jaune roared as he punches him multiple times till he couldn't move anymore
Team RWBY stared at Jaune as they watched him beat the shit out of Lionheart who was curled up on the ground crying
"Jaune..." Weiss whispered as she looked at him with sorrowful eyes as tears were in his as Jaune looked at the headmaster
"I should kill you right now." He growled as he looks down upon him "You deserve worse than dying."
"W-what is wrong with you!?" Lionheart asked as he tries to push Jaune off him but he failed as Jaune continue to punch him
"That's enough!" Ruby said as she grabs Jaune arm
"Please stop!" Lionheart begs as he covers his face with his arms as he cries
"Stop!" Ruby said as she pulled Jaune away from him as Lionheart sat on the floor hugging himself
"This isn't the time for revenge. He has information we need" Ruby said as she wiped some of the blood away
"But." Jaune said
"Ruby right Jaune?" Weiss said as Ruby looked at her friend
"Yeah." Ruby said as she nods her head
"Let take him back to Ozpin" Weiss added as she looked at Lionheart
"And after we get the information." Blake said as she looks at Lionheart with anger "We will kill him."
"Fine." Jaune said as she turns to Lionheart "You are lucky for now"
"Don't worry. This will be over soon." Ruby reassured him as she helps him stand up
He takes a deep breathe and closes his eyes as he thinks of the best plan to get what they needed as he leaned down as Yang and Ruby helped him knowing he felt ton of emotion
"Easy there lover boy." yang said to Jaune "You need to sit down"
"Sorry guys. I'll be fine." Jaune said as he sits down as Weiss and Blake tied Lionheart up
" Now let's go warn Ozpin about this bastard." Jaune said as they dragged him into a bullhead that was waiting for them
