A/n: yes this is like the sugar hill keem imagine but idc 🤭.

OY Pov:

I've been w/y/n for a few months nd Ian realize how hard she was workin. Haven't seen ha ass in a whole week... well, more like talked to her. Every time I came home she was asleep nd when I woke up she wasn't home. I always had her location nd saw she was at work. I'd go check up on ha there, but I wouldn't have much time cause she was workin- obviously. Every time I caught her, she'd look mad tired.

I was tired of seeing mh like that, so I was plannin sum nice for her. I was talkin to her boss but gettin her a week or two off nd we were able to settle on a week. I wanted to take her out on vacation cause she deserved it nd I was tryna get outta ny for awhile too. I knew she'd be getti out early today, so I already had a lll surprise for her.

I got her favorite restaurant for takeout nd cleaned up the place, givin it some candle lighting nd waited for her to come home.

Y/n POV:

I felt bad asf for not really being w/Quan for the past week but I've been mad busy w/work. Ion know why but they've been scheduling me for mad hours lately. Shits been mad draining, even tho it's jus hair. We've had a lot of rude ass clients lately, but I'm not letting them mess w/my money.

Quan has been in the stu all week too, so he was already getting home late asf. I didn't really have the energy to stay up for him, so I'd just go to sleep. Sometimes I'd wake up as he joined me in bed, but I went back to sleep cause I had work early in the morning. I'd wake up before him nd give him a kiss, tellin him I loved him before I went off for work. That was my schedule for the whole week till today, by some miracle I had a half day. I wasn't questioning anything cause I'm not tryna do that full shit and closing, which is what they had me on.

Right at 1:30 I clocked out, and said my goodbyes. I got to my car nd for the first time I wasn't exhausted frm workin. I just figured that I'd take it easy nd actually wait for Quan today cause I wouldn't be so tired.

I played some music in my car otw home which always made the drive faster. I buzzed myself into our complex nd went to the elevator which I had awkwardly shared w/a few other ppl. Once we reached my level, I got out nd headed to our door. I noticed the light under the door as I went to unlock it.

'Was he already home?'

I unlock the door and was met w/the sweet smell of food and candles.

"Babyyyyy" He says while stretching out his arms wakin towards me. He pulls me into a tight hug, which I return.

"I wasn't expecting you to be home so early today, what's goin on?" I question him, still in his embrace.

"Took some time off." He responds lightly pulling away, closing the door and takin my coat off for me. I slipped my slides off nd put them on the shoe rack. He took my hand nd lead me to the living room where I saw the cute ass candle lit lunch he had set up for us.

"Awww baby you did have to do all this" I say w/a smile, being sure to give him a kiss.

"Nah, you deserved it ml, you've been workin mad hard lately" he says guiding me over to the couch nd we sat down.

After finishing lunch, he quickly takes everything nd runs off- literally outta nowhere.

"Where are you goin Quan?" I question while gettin up.

"Stay right there, I got a surprise for you!" He responds, running back seconds later.

He had a big ass smile on his face which made me smile too.

"You gon look or are you gon open it?" He says makin me suck my teeth, then opening the envelope.

I saw some slips of paper and flipped them over: it was two plane tickets-

"Quan-" I say while covering my mouth.

"You better not be playin w/me-" I say was he comes over.

"I'm not baby" he says comin over to hug me.

I fake started cryin cause ts was mad sweet nd no one ever did anything like this for me. I've always wanted to go to DR too.

"I love you so fuckin much."

"I love you too mh." He says while holdin me tighter.

"I already got time off for you too."

"Wait- how the fuck did u do that?"

"Talked to yo boss.. you should start packin tho, we leave tm." He says while letting me go so I could go nd pack.

A/n: Heyyy so it's been awhile... uhhh I might make a p2 but it'll probly take a while 💀. As you could assume I've been busy but I have a lot of stories like half-way done so there's that, I definitely think I can finish them nd have em out for u guys soonnnnnn. Untill next time mh's 🤭!
