Chapter 15: First time Flying

★SORRY FOR NOT UPDATING IT WAS EXAM WEEK SO I'M ONLY EDITING AT MIDNIGHT★

-"See you tomorrow Betty!"

Amanda said while she left through the big glass door.

-"See ya..."

I look back to the hall I saw Lunar go through, should I even go?

But with Kai just... sitting there... oop he saw me!

Kai waves at me with a stupid grin, I'm not in the mood to talk with Kai right now.

I cover my face with my hand and rush towards Lunars cell where she was sitting beside an empty side wall.

-"Hello? Lunar?"

-"Hey"

Lunar was in a white padded cell, she had a silver key tied around her neck, similar to mine but that was copper. She was wearing an old moss green letterman jacket with pins & patches.

-"So I think you're here break me out?"

-"No of course not! I'm just here to ask you something"

-"Let me guess, 'WhErE iS mY BoSS"

Lunar said in a mocking voice while waving her hands around, but the IR infused handcuffs wouldn't let her do much.

-"No, not actually"

-"Then stop wasting my time"

Lunar said while crossing her arms, but of course the handcuffs.

-"What does this note mean?"

I show her the strange notes but in response there was only a look away. Well I guess the only thing to do now is inspect her id.

"ID NUMBER: 0010
AGE: 19
BLOOD TYPE: O
HOST: TELEKINESIS
ORIGINAL ADMISSION: 2011"

Damn she was here for a while, before she escaped atleast.

-"Soo you were turned in at 8?"

-"I'll tell you more when I get these stupid handcuffs off!"

A dim purple light glows around the cuffs while she struggled seemingly trying to tear them apart.

-"How can I trust you? Uhh 0010"

-"Pinky promise, also my name is Lunar!"

-"I'll take it"

We lock pinkies and I unlock the handcuffs, the door was blocked anyway.

-"Didn't expect that work"

Lunar stretches her wrists while I sit next to her by the wall.

-"Pinky promise, besides the doors locked"

-"Didn't know you were cool like that"

Lunar said while she used telepathy to play with the cuffs, it didn't work.

-"So what did you want to ask anyway?"

-"Well what the hell is this?"

I take out the strange notes together.

-"Looks like a cypher"

She takes the first graph & lays it on top of the other, each square's now have a letter inside.

-"But what do you think this could be used for?"

-"Definitely a string of co-"

Lunar gets interrupted by a bang against a floor tile, and that bang turns into a smash as the brown haired woman floats through with the rest of her henchmen.

-"Lunar I'm so sorry for leaving you! Who is she though?"

She says with a tinge of disgust.

-"Who are you?"

I say sarcastically

-"Oh yes I forgot to introduce myself, My name is Gold! The ultimate fashionista activist!"

She does a funny pose while her henchmen facepalmed.

-"Uhh hi big sis"

Lunar awkwardly said while she cringed a little

-"Shh I told you not to call anyone big sibling next to agents"

She moves her hand in a whispering motion but spoke extremely loud.

-"Uhm this is kinda awkward but can I continue my conversation"

-"What were you talking about? Don't tell me you divulged important information"

-"yesn't"

-"Sigh I guess we'll have to take the cake head too."

-"I don't think I can let you do that or I'll be fired"

I say while eying the door, but I locked it! Egh why did I do that I knew she wouldn't flee

-"Come on pleasee she's cool!"

-"All the more reason now hurry up already"

-"Sorry dude, can I float you?"

-"Uhh maybe not please"

-"If we don't go now Funneh will be angryy"

-"Sorry!"

Purple light makes me float into the hole as she jumps down.

-"So kid what's your name?"

Gold say while we walk through the widened tunnel.

-"Uhh Betty?"

I'm silently panicking while looking for an opportunity to escape, when I see Lunar she does an exasperated sigh clearly directed at Gold but she doesn't even blink.

-"Oh, you're a Painting? Nasty fellows they are. I hope you'll be nicer"

-"What do you mean my dad was a saint!"

-"Oh please if he was a saint he wouldn't be living in ignorant bliss"

Me & Gold argue while Lunar and the henchmen just watch as if this happens every other day.

-"I swear if you knew your mother-"

-"How do you even know her last name"

Lunar said to break us up

-"Oh please we have the electric kid take down the power every Wednesday of course I know her!"

-"YOU'RE THE ONE WHO CUT OFF MY SOAP OPERA YOU BITCH"

The sudden yell makes Lunar break focus and me the chance to book it out of the tunnel.

-"Hey where are you going!"

She yells out as Lunar mouthes "I'm not going to stop you" and gives a cheeky wink

The henchmen couldn't really do anything but the earth manipulater, and he was too slow for me.

By the time I had left the tunnel there was only a hour that passed but still no one checked on Lunar. This is making me think this facility isn't a very good one, but I might have been a little responsible? Eh I'll go tell someone before they close the tunnel.

-"Lunar escaped Lunar escaped!"

-"Do you mean 0010?"
