Ingrid grew up in a family with rather... weak individuals.
None of them could really defend themselves from the occurring threats in her neighborhood. When she turned 13, she decided that she would become the first buff individual in her family legacy.
No more weakness. She can now have people rely on her to protect them from others when necessary. When she got into blacksmiths, carrying heavy things became a daily thing, yes it may have been a pain for her during that time of her life, but she could finally make a difference. A few years later, there she was with the beautiful muscles and strength that she desired.
Now people can finally start relying on her.
