The catte was now soaked, mildly annoyed.
"Sorry!" You call towards the gootraxian. The catte glared at you, and stormed off to the hallway, splashing in the water.
You continued on the the garden. Through the window you saw some plantix watering the plants, and some figs caring for the tree while pups dozed off on pillows. You entered the garden cautiously, weapons un-equipped. Some turned to look at you while others ignored you. A figs fluttered it's wings and retreated into a tree. A pup ran over you began biting your ankles. You slowly took out the camera and shot a picture of the peculiar place.
"Anyone here know the exit?" You ask, not really expecting get an answer.
"Ya, the door right behind you." A fig answered and her friends laughed.
"If there was an exit, I would have found it. I'm afraid your stuck in here." A plantix revealed, preoccupied with stopping a slime pup from abolishing a potted plant with its teeth.
"Someone figure out a way to make the human go away.." a smaller figs whispered, hiding behind a bag of fertilizer,
"Two humans? Great, let's just hope this one's not a tryhard." Judged another."They can obviously hear you, Stfu."
"Well, there's one thing you can try to leave, in the sectors, there's allegedly a clue on how to find someone. That someone knows a secret exit." A plantix explained mysteriously.
"No.. don't go to the sectors, the red light group will just attack you." A figs warned,
"And why do you think they attack? To keep you away from leaving!" The plantix argued with huge arm movements.
The two continued bickering and most of the others resumed the usual activities, the rest watching you with fearful eyes.
You turn around and leave, with a plan. "If the plantix was lying, big whoop. I'd die down here anyway."
You walked back to the shork pool, no gootraxians. You remembered the slimepup that was stuck on the crate yesterday, considering what it might be doing now. Doors glided open as you left and entered the lobby, barriers now blue. Observation skills must have been lacking cause only now you noticed the small changes in scenery.
"Two year anniversary." The words popped into your head, from where? Who knows? Perhaps as a roblox game updated, it collided with your reality."I know a way to escape." You stated, proud it's only been a day and you already have a clue.
"Wait what??" Said squid, flabbergasted.
"If we can find a clue-"
"Plantix told you that? He tells that to everyone just to get them out of the garden."
"Oh, okay then."
"Ngl that seems really suspicious.""We've all tried ways to escape, no one's succeeded.."
"If there's an entrance, there's an exit. I got in here through a supposedly closed off way, I think there's something more at play here. A pile of rocks doesn't just clip out of reality and come back."
"I mean- I guess you have a point? Wait clip out? As in the backrooms?! I use to be obsessed- use- considering that I've clearly grown since then."
"I'm going to investigate for a while, can you go gather some supplies?" "Can this guy shut up??"
"Sure!" He walked away.
