Hypothetically, if Kim Dokja were to ever fuck a man, he'd probably fuck Yoo Joonghyuk.

Not because he was attracted to him (God forbid), but because he was so used to the idea of Yoo Joonghyuk having his way with him that doing it with anybody else would just feel weird now. Was this what they called Pavlovian conditioning?

Even now, as they walk towards what Yoo Joonghyuk referred to as a 'decent' restaurant, Kim Dokja's body tensed and heated up, as if waiting for the moment Yoo Joonghyuk finally snaps and drags him to the nearest alleyway.

Thankfully, that doesn't happen today. Kim Dokja safely reaches 'First Murim Dining' at 2:40 p.m., with Yoo Joonghyuk opening the large wooden door and letting him go inside first like the gentleman he pretends to be. The moment Kim Dokja enters the restaurant, a wave of delicious aroma hits him.

He follows behind Yoo Joonghyuk in a daze to a secluded corner of the restaurant. When Kim Dokja finally comes to, he notices his surroundings. It's a quaint but elegant place, with black furniture with gold lining and swords, scrolls and other antiquities covering the wall of the restaurant. Other patrons quietly converse at their tables.

It definitely looks like the kind of place Yoo Joonghyuk would frequent.

"Master! You're here with someone else today...?"

Kim Dokja turns his head to look at the girl in a server's outfit standing by their table with a notepad.

"Yes. I'll get the regular. Kim Dokja?"

Kim Dokja looks down at the menu in slight panic. Fuck, what was all this? He's never seen food with such strange names before.

"Uh... I'll get what he's getting," he says with a strained smile. The girl looks down at him with a slight smirk, as if she had noticed his distress.

"Two plates of Murim dumplings, coming right up!"

He sighs internally as she leaves. His lips curl up in amusement, then. "Master?"

Yoo Joonghyuk's ears flush red.

"Lee Jihye. She's my neighbour. I taught her how to cook when she was a kid and now she won't stop calling me that." Kim Dokja grins at that.

"You must be good with kids. You have a sister too, don't you?"

"I do... how did you know that?" Yoo Joonghyuk asks with a raised eyebrow. Kim Dokja bites his cheek in alarm. Shit, why does he keep messing up?

Lee Jihye comes in just then with two steaming plates of dumplings. God bless this kid and her timing. He smiles at Yoo Joonghyuk. "Let's dig in?"

Yoo Joonghyuk hums. They get to eating the dumplings. Kim Dokja looks at the other as he blows air on one of his dumplings. There's a serious tone to Yoo Joonghyuk's expression, just like during office meetings. He peeks into the other's mind a bit.

Even during meals... Kim Dokja had to commend Yoo Joonghyuk on his unwavering dedication to the erotic arts. Curious, he peeked a bit more.

[Yoo Joonghyuk looks down at him, his body shining with a sheen of sweat on it. "Kim Dokja, you like this. You like being stuffed full of my cum, huh?"]

Hmm, being stuffed is a bit...

"Huh?" Yoo Joonghyuk looks at him inquisitively.

Oh God, did Kim Dokja actually say that out loud?

"I- I mean the dumplings! The dumplings being stuffed with this kind of meat is very interesting!" He laughs a little breathlessly. Yoo Joonghyuk hums again suspiciously, but doesn't ask any more questions.

[He's cute when he laughs. He should laugh more.]

Kim Dokja stiffens up at that.

"Yoo Joonghyuk. Say, what if someone could look through you? If someone could read your thoughts and emotions? Would you like that?"

"Hmm? What brought this on?" Kim Dokja's hand trembles a bit.

"It's just-" guilt, "something I read about. I thought it was interesting."

"Well, if someone could read my mind, I think I'd hate it, at first. But if that person can understand me, without me having to say anything or tell me about my subconscious thoughts... If I could trust that person..."

There wasn't much going on in Yoo Joonghyuk's head except dick in hole to be honest, but Kim Dokja didn't want to be rude, so he stayed quiet.

"I'd like it," Yoo Joonghyuk says resolutely. "I'd be comforted by it."

Oh.

Kim Dokja thinks back to his mother when she first heard about his strange ability. Don't let anybody else know, she had said. His classmates who had looked at him weirdly whenever he said something a bit too close to them. Freak, psycho, alien, they had called him.

It wasn't his fault; he knew that. But maybe he had always hoped for someone who would accept him for who he was.

Maybe Yoo Joonghyuk could be that person.
