ELENA"Graham and Elena kissed?!" Kireah shouted in disbelief. Carmen didn't waste a second telling Kireah and Emma about the dare as soon as we got in the car. Kireah squealed with excitement as she looked back at me from the passenger seat. "This is it! Elena's first love!"
I gagged. "Don't even start."
Emma smirked. "What if you and Graham become high school sweethearts? It'll be just like our parents."
"I'd rather die than be with Batman."
"Sure..." Carmen giggled, glancing back from the driver's seat. "You guys should've seen them. They were basically about to tear each other's clothes right then and there."
I felt my face start to burn as the memory replayed in my head. Thankfully, the dimness in the car hid my blush. "No, we weren't... I hated every second of it."
"You didn't look like you hated it."
I unlocked the car door, prying it open. "I'm jumping out."
Emma reached over me, shutting it back. "Let's not get too hasty."
"This is so cute!" Kireah gushed, clasping her hands together. "I'm shipping you guys. Do people do ship names anymore? Because if so, I'm thinking something cute like Batty."
Emma gasped. "I like it!"
"I hate you all."
The three of them laughed and Emma nudged my side. "You love us."

I couldn't bring myself to sleep. Every time I closed my eyes, all I thought about was that stupid dare. The ghost of Graham's lips kept haunting me. It wouldn't leave my mind no matter how hard I tried. His soft lips, his rough hands against my skin, and that look he gave me when I pulled away...
I pushed the dirty thoughts to the back of my head as I sighed into my pillow. Why was he of all people making me feel this way?!
I rolled over to grab my phone from the nightstand and checked to see the time was already 6:12 in the morning. My alarm for school was going to go off in less than an hour. Yet, I didn't feel the slightest bit tired. Maybe going to a party on a school night wasn't the smartest idea.
I slid from under my covers and decided to get ready for school. I was awake so might as well get it over with. Besides, I know today will probably be a long one. At least I'll look good.
After my morning routine, I headed downstairs and walked into my kitchen only to spot my parents already in there, making breakfast together.
"Morning," I said sitting at the island.
"Good morning," they both said in unison before my Dad smiled at me. "Had a nice night?"
"Yeah, ya know... just slept," I said nervously.
"Mhm..." he said in a weird tone. From the way he was staring at me so suspiciously, I wondered if he knew I snuck out. But then again, if he did, he wouldn't let me hear the end of it.
My Mom settled the plate of warm pancakes in front of me. "Your father and I are going out tonight so you're in charge of watching Max tonight."
"Where are you two going?
"To mind our own business," My Dad retorted but, earned a quick nudge from my Mom. He clenched his stomach as she continued talking. "Our wedding anniversary."
