Will it ever be? - Kit Tanthalos x !Fem!Oc

I'm woken in the morning by the sound of Willow groaning at the group again, I pull myself off the ground and rub my eyes. My footing is a little unstable as I stand and the group quickly turns to look at me "What's happening?" My voice is dry when I speak, god I'm thirsty. "Elora is gone!" Willow tells me, Jade walks over and hands me my sword "Spread out, she couldn't have gone far" Kit tells us all, we all agree and split off to start looking for her. 

I follow Kit and the others go a different way, "Where do you think she went?" I call out to Kit, looking around the foggy woods, the early morning air still cold against my skin "Who knows, she needs a leash honestly" Annoyance laced her voice as she talked, she looked over her shoulder to give me a quick look before turning to point somewhere. "Check over there, ill look here" I nod my head and follow her command, walking in the direction she pointed. 

"Elora!!!" I call her name, hoping she is close and can hear at least one of us. The more I walked the less I found, "Liz!" Kit calls out, she's walking over to me, looking somewhat shocked, I was going to ask if she found something but she instead takes my hand and pulls me along with her. "Where are we going?" I ask her confused "I think something is happening" She comments, as we entered somewhat of a clearing we see jade and Willow talking to... Ballentine? What on earth is he doing out here?

We overheard some of their conversations, that Sorsha wants Elora back in Tir Asleen. "Ballentine" Kit greets him, slightly wary of him. It's evident just looking at him that something is off, it's not sitting right with me and based on everyone else they noticed it too. I look behind him to see Elora unconscious, tied to a house "Hold on, Someone just concisely recaps everything I missed" Boorman says as he regains his balance, the rest of the group finding us too. "Not now Boorman!" I hiss at him "fine, ill figure it out myself. Ballentine's lost his mind, and he's trying to kidnap Elora on that horse" he observes, getting it right on the first go. 

"Stay out of it Boorman" Ballentine warns him, Boorman raises his massive sword thing and rests it on his shoulder "I can't" "Back in your scabbards boys" Kit orders, her voice calm as she watches everything slowly playout. "I have to take her" "Oh I want you to, I really do but- maybe we should discuss this first" She tries to reason with him, I get my sword ready, having this nagging feeling things are going to get messy fast. The rest of the group starts to have their own things to say, Willow, assumes Ballentine no longer serves the Queen, but if that's the case who does he serve?

Silas tries to talk us up, saying Ballentine is outnumbered, it's at that very moment when Ballentine lowers his mask and tells us he's not alone that everything feels like it starts to move faster. More guards from Tir Asleen appear from thin air and begin attacking us, one charging at me. I quickly hold my sword up to deflect his attack before swinging mine at his neck, it's a near miss, and the guard stumbles backwards a bit before charging back forward and continuing the fight. The sound around was filled with the clinging of swords, it was no doubt that the man I was fighting is way stronger than me, I was also rather shocked that guards FROM Tir Asleen were attacking US I mean what on earth went wrong here? 

I see Kit fall to the ground and a knight lifts his sword ready to kill her, I don't think before running from my current fight and charging my body into his, the knight falls to the ground but quickly gets back up, its enough time for Kit to get up and get her sword back. With the adrenalin knowing I knocked a guard over I then start to attack said guard until something is thrown to the ground near our feet, a loud bang echos through the air and smoke obstructs my sight. 

I feel myself fall to the ground, my feet taken out from under me though when I fall something to the side of me slightly breaks it. we hear Graydon call out for Elora and the sound of panicked horses leaving. Once the smoke had cleared up we saw that Elora and the knights were no longer there. I turn to look at my side and see Kit sitting on the ground next to me, looking just as confused as everyone else.
