Severus looked at the note given to him "I see" He said eventually as Harry had his arms crossed facing away from both Draco and Severus with Draco's hand on his shoulder to keep him from running off to avoid this "You can use one of the empty Slytherin dorms for this" Harry looked at him like Severus has lost his mind "No, no, absolutely not! No way!" He tried to walk away but nearly fell on his back because Draco's hand was still tight on his shoulder "Stay" Harry only glared at him again but with a sharp glare from gray eyes made him shrink back he was confused on why he kept doing that, maybe it's because it was similar to Vernon's? No, it was something completely different he just didn't know what it was.

Severus looked at the exchange between them without a word before clearing his throat making the boys look at him but Harry just wanted to leave since "Nothing" was wrong with him and he shouldn't have to be forced to share a dorm with someone he hates and he felt his string tighten on his wrist and looked at it oblivious to the conversation between Severus and Draco.

Why did he feel his string tighten all of a sudden? He didn't know about soulmates strings until he met Hermione since his Aunt and Uncle refused to say anything to him about it and often discriminated him with the words "No one will ever love a freak like you" and he still mentally shuddered with those words that he soon found himself being led out by Draco "Huh--" he literally didn't catch what was said since he was in his thoughts and the pain didn't register thought-out his body until they were in a empty corridor that he winced and squeezed his eyes shut and let out a shaky breath and staggered "Potter, let's go we're almost there" Harry gave a pained glare at him but Draco looked closer at Harry "I might have an idea what's wrong with you but in order for that to happen we need to get to the dorm" Draco said as Harry didn't look to believe him but let Draco drag him to the Slytherin common room after giving the password and entered one of the empty dorms in the tower.

Harry looked at Draco for an explanation on what he meant in the corridor. "You may have a creature inheritance" Draco said with crossed arms "A what?" Draco groaned "Do you not know what a creature inheritance is?" Harry shook his head holding his stomach and Draco sighed "How does he not know what a creature inheritance?" He muttered under his breath face palming before running his hand down his face as his string tightened against his skin but he ignored it not finding it to be irrelevant at the moment. "A creature inheritance is basically something in your blood from a creature in the Wizarding world, how do you not know about this" he said "No one bothered to mention what that meant and I grew up in the Muggle world there was no way I could know about that--" he let out a shout of pain and clutched his shoulder with ragged breathing as Draco took a closer look "Definitely a creature inheritance" He sighed "I can't possibly have one, no where from my parents does it say anything about them having creature inheritances. Atleast according to Dumbledore" Harry frowned and rubbed his shoulder to try and soothe the aching linger.

Was Dumbledore keeping something from him? And even if he had a creature inheritance, why was it so painful?

"Look I hardly know much about your parents but I know the signs of a creature inheritance and you are showing those signs of a creature inheritance but what I don't know is what creature you are" Harry's frown deepened "Okay, say I am in a creature inheritance, what's the whole thing even about?" Draco groaned "Basically, since you're a Wizard who has the blood of a magical creature you will have a different form in a way. Sure you can revert back to human but either way you have creature blood" Harry felt his head hurt from all this because none of it made any sense "by the way, Pottah. What did Madam Pomfery mean in the hospital wing earlier?" He raised a brow at Harry who shrugged but winced at the action "I don't know, she almost spoke in riddles I think" He blinked and Draco knew there was secrets being kept but why did that involve Harry? He didn't know.

"How long exactly are we stuck together?" Harry asked "Until you're transformation is over. I don't know what creature you are and I don't know how long you've been in the transformation process and no I don't know why I'm suddenly a teacher to you in creature inheritance that you somehow have" Draco deadpanned as Harry was gobsmacked that Draco caught on that quick.

There was a question that lingered in Draco's thoughts;
